This is my third time staying at Mantra Southbank, and I’m so happy to be back. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by Grey, who made me feel truly valued as a returning guest. The gesture of recognition and hospitality was so thoughtful and added a personal touch to my stay. The room, as always, was clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained, making it such a relaxing experience. I really appreciate the consistent level of service and care that the team puts into ensuring every guest has a memorable stay. Thank you for making me feel so welcome again – I’ll definitely be back for another visit!

It was my first time staying at Mantra Southbank and I absolutely loved it. The room I stayed in was very clean and had a nice view of Southbank. The cheese platter, chocolate, red wine and welcome card were a nice touch!! Felt so appreciated. Looking forward to my next stay!

We booked well ahead to secure a 1 bedroom top floor balcony unit for New Years Eve. The unit was spacious and well equipped, with a comfy queen bed. The Mantra is centrally located to Southbank cultural facilities and a wide range of restaurants. We included breakfast with our booking and found the restaurant excellent and staff friendly.|We had an excellent front row seat for the fireworks on our balcony. Highly recommended for a great view!

Right in the heart of South Bank Brisbane with all it has to offer. Food, fun and activities for everyone . The room was large and comfortable, the amenities were all that we needed. The hotel and room was clean and well presented. The front counter staff were attentive and helpful with all our needs. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The staff at the Mantra South Bank are some of the friendliest, most inviting, and most accommodating hotel staff I've experienced. They helped us with various transitions and luggage storage during our stay and provided recommendations around town. Unfortunately, our rooming situation wasn't the same caliber of excellence as the staff. While we weren't in the hotel that much during the day, it was disappointing when we needed it to relax. The first night, the fire sprinkler in the master bedroom started leaking. We quickly packed up and switched rooms. However, the accommodations were much smaller than our original suite. It wouldn't have been an issue, except the traffic from outside was quite loud, and the light shone in our room all night. Again, the staff was extremely accommodating and provided us with refreshments to apologize for the inconvenience. After that horrible night of sleep, they allowed us to return to the original room. While the staff did everything they could, it did not make up for the black mold in our shower, fruit flies throughout the bathroom, and the lack of soap. ||While the facilities were fine for what we needed, this hotel needs a major overhaul and a deep clean.

Great location, clean room with very comfy beds. Plenty of restaurant options around the hotel, all in walking distance. Whilst the parking on site I thought was expensive there was a cheaper option elsewhere just not as convenient.

We booked two, two bedroom apartments over the Christmas period and stayed in our room with two kids (3,1). When we arrived we were disappointed to see that the room hadn’t been properly cleaned and our request for two singles and one king room hadn’t been met. My child found a Maltesers on the floor from the previous guest and tried to eat it, we also found crumbs in the cupboard where the toaster was kept and it was clear that it hadn’t been wiped.

The overall room was dated and the carpet was pulling away from the floor in sections. We also found the remote to not have a cover where the batteries are stored, we requested a new one but it was never delivered to our room.

Understanding that we stayed over Christmas and that this will impact per night cost, I was expecting I much nicer experience for the price we payed
