In our room the sliding door between the living room and the bedroom was broken. We showed this to the hotel but it couldn't be fixed on the weekend. We were offered to switch the room but opted not to as it was to late and my son already sleeping. The next day we saw that the safe was not working on the room. It was fixed after several tries and one extra reminder. With a Hotel in this price range a expect that I don't have to point out several not working stuff in the room. That should not happen. So I don't think good value for money. Location of the hotel is good.

Booked a room for my friends and I for New Year’s Eve! 1 bedroom apartment with a beautiful balcony! The room was super spacious with 2 TV’s, a massive bathroom with a shower and laundry cupboard. Room was somewhat soundproof which was amazing for new years as we could only hear our neighbours partying when we were on the balcony! Balcony included a lovely view which we got to watch the fireworks on! Will be back again, price was so worth it for this beautiful experience.

A quick but extremely comfortable stay. Everything you need. A "real" smile from the staff, who are very happy to assist you. A lovely foyer to walk into, so clean and spacious. The rooms delightful, so clean, with everything you need to make your stay relaxed. Yes, I'd say a home away from home, except, right in the heart of town with easy access to everything and helpful staff. Really enjoyed the stay. Bed very comfortable and couch too! Yes, we will be back soon. 10/10

We booked over the phone and were offered either a free bottle of wine or late check out. We chose the wine but did not receive either. We booked a studio room and upon arriving they “upgraded” us to an apartment on level 1. The noise from downstairs from drums in the afternoon the band at night was unbearable.
The TV doesn’t work and turns off on its own sporadically. I would have preferred being made aware of the noise and the choice for either a higher floor or something on the other side of the building. We had a great experience on the phone but unfortunately we had a not so great experience at the property. We arrived around 4pm and been travelling from a declared disaster zone since 7am in the morning so we were exhausted and didn’t think to clarify… although I would assume the hotel could have made us aware.
Air conditioning was showing at 18degrees upon entry however the room was hot and dod not cool down for several hours.

We enjoyed a fantastic New Year's Eve stay and extended it for New Year's Day. The staff were incredibly helpful and made our travel with a 2-year-old incredibly smooth. The hotel's central location was perfect for exploring the city, and the restaurant was an absolute highlight. We're already planning our return trip! Thank you for a memorable experience.

None better. Beautiful building and decore. A1 staff from delightful and helpful reception to superb housekeeping staff. Nothing was too much trouble. Large well appointed apartment and facilities. Terrific cafe for morning breakfasts. Five nights of luxury and enjoyment. Centrally located to sights and shopping.
