Friendly service with great coffee. Dad enjoyed mushroom pasta, which was absolutely delicious, and my friend and I shared the crab cakes, which we enjoyed too.

We had our breakfast. Ordered french toast and egg on pane di casa and added a potato hash cake. We love the french toast. Especially the chilli honey sauce. And, the poach pear is scrumptious.

If the food could be served slightly quicker than is 10/10. It took a while for the food to be served.

We were so excited to try local wine bar . Looks cool in the photos. Service was good. But the bar is in front of the bus stop, it was quite loud. Ordered bottle of wine which was okay. However food complete rip off. Salmon ceviche plate is $24, lack of flavor, no taste it was quite blend. Prawn plate was $22 , 1 king prawn and 1 a little shrimp. No flavor at all. Bit disappointing.

As I walked into Maude, the newly reopened brunch spot in Coorparoo, with the Brisbane heat wave pulsating outside, it struck me - sometimes, the best way to beat the heat is with a hot new experience. My partner and I are so glad that the owner has decided once again to open and serve brunch. And huzzah, our favorite broccoli fritters are back on the menu! Each bite was a savory delight, soft and delectable, a testament to the return of good things, even better than before.

The smashed avocado with a side of bacon was not just brunch, it was a statement. It was about finding the perfect balance, much like the delicate dance of finding someone who complements you in every way. It was unapologetically delightful, like stepping out in a bold outfit and owning the streets.

And the coffee, oh the coffee! It was like diving into a deep, cool ocean, a respite from the relentless sun. Each sip was a plunge into a world of rich, bold flavors that awakened the senses. The ginger and mint spritzer, a refreshing plot twist, was like that unexpected message from an old friend - familiar, yet exciting.

Went in for an early brekkie with a friend on a weekday morning and the place was fairly empty, but definitely not in a ‘uh oh’ way. The hostess was friendly and attentive without being overbearing, the coffee was good, and the food was pretty great!
