Stayed overnight in a powered site recently and I can only concur with the previous comments. The presentation of the park and amenities were very poor to say the least. Lawns unmowed, weeds around the campsites in abundance and the pool appeared dirty and unkept. Would have to be the worst Big 4 I have been to. Definitely will not be back. There is a large room for improvement

The Lady was very rude! No eye contact, poor customer service.

The man was VERY helpful, kind, friendly and thoughtful, thankyou Mr.

Pools are disgusting!!!!! and I use to be a pool cleaner, so Emma Talbot I totally understand and this is your professional expertise of knowledge too.... woman's reply in her written attitude was very rude to you.
And what a joke regarding room working order from decommissioned aircons, flat batteries in remotes, dangerous power switches, I specified all bunks would be used with none of them being made, not enough glasses to accommodate occupants.

We should have kept our booking with the other park, which we have stayed at before and fantastic! Only to use our big 4 membership as usually they are fantastic, happy to help and kindly accommodate.

Happy new year.

Location is great. Big sites. Camp kitchens not cleaned and the manager suggested that the possums poo on everything which causes the smell however, it was clear that the grease traps hadn’t been cleaned and he made no effort to clean the grease traps or the possum poo. He did suggest it was from guests who had cooked there the night before however, we didn’t observe any guests cooking there for our entire stay of 3 days. The pool was green, full of debris, slime on the tiles and black mould growing. The manager said the creepy crawler was broken but no attempt had been made to clean it manually or maintain chemical levels (yes we have had pools of our own for many years). Sadly the park is not being maintained. We’ll be finding another park to stay at. I want to offer a shout out to the cleaning ladies who has to pull a large heavy trolley around the park to clean while management and their child drive around the park in motorised buggies.

So so disappointed with our experience. On the outset it looks like a beautiful oasis and the pool setting is lovely but that's a far as it goes. We arrived at 6.pm during a heatwave. 40degrees. The cabin aircom wasn't put on for us. It was a sweatbox. The bedroom aircon was disconnected. We almost died. When we complained to management they said that the main air-conditioning works fine enough for the whole place. The thing is we got a 2 bedroom so we could have privacy, not leave the bedroom doors open all night, but we had no choice. We had to purchase fans to direct some cool air into the bedrooms enough to sleep. The main bed had ants crawling through it. Also, the 2nd bedroom beds are not for adults, they're kiddie size. All this would have been good information before booking.

We have stayed at this caravan park before, this time we stayed for 2 nights and were hoping to enjoy the nice big pool, however the place has really been neglected the pool was green and had lots of debris floating - the bedroom was tiny and the twin bunk room didn't have airconditioning just a fan - it was stinking hot. They also give you linen for the single beds and expect you to make your own beds, not the double, thats made up for you. The couch in the lounge room was very uncomfortable, the pillows kept sliding off. The seperate toilet was good offering, so you don't have to share the shower room and toilet at same time. The shampoo and conditioner and hand soap was blue and smelt extremely chemically and toxic. The pool vacuum was left in the pol so patrons can be tangled up while swimming. I don't know if we will return to this place because we go for the pool and the jumping pillow (which was removed in 2 years ago - and we noticed it has just been left sitting out the back). It was very disapointing that the pool was green and filthy. There is also a loose peg in the rock climbing wall. Grass was not mowed in pool area. Boxes of empty chemicals were left laying around the pool area. The leaf scoop was left lying around the pool area. Rooms were clean, and the double bed was comfortable with good amount of blankets/pillows available. The fridge worked well with nice cold freezer and ice. The playground was good for the kids to play on and the leafy trees make it nice and shady. For $190 a night we expected more. At least the beds to be made and a clean pool.

Very disappointed in the room Villa 2, no working outside light or light on the fan inside. The whole assembly of the kitchen tap is broken off of the sink, it just flips around like a wet noodle. The aircon in the main bedroom has no remote ( I’m assuming by the looks of it, it’s broken) kitchen cabinets need fixing. Paying $170+ per night I would expect everything in the room to work. Day tomorrow me temps are around 35deg and these cabins get very hot when you are away. The aircon in the lounge/ kitchen doesn’t push air down to the main bedroom.
Very disappointed in the park. Maintenance and up keep needs to be stepped up. Been staying here on and off for years, I would say this might be the last time.
Also shutting the office at 5 is not great. On Friday they missed out on 3 caravans rolling in before 5:30. It’s a very dark park at night no lighting out the front and not much around the roads of the park. Definitely not Big 4 quality.
EDIT: Thanks for your reply. With you telling me the tag was not all the way in, Why did all the other lights and power points work? I thought that if the tag wasn't in properly nothing would work.
Also i did not mention at all about leaving the Aircon on all day. Its 35deg in charters atm even hotter in a closed up cabin. The first day we arrived at 5pm and it was still uncomfortably hot in the bedroom at 9/10pm. I think in summer you should reconsider have the second aircon usable. As for the Late arrivals comment, I was talking about people driving in with no bookings, 3 caravans you missed out on getting money out of that had drove in, found the office was shut, then left.
It seems to me you have no regard for what people are telling you in the reviews and dont want to make it a decent place to stay.

The team looked after the groups caught up in the recent Qld floods. The facilities remained top notch and the staff friendly and helpful.

I'm just going to stick to facts here. Park is dog friendly however looks slightly run down. Amenities clean but again need to be updated. Facilities were clean but could do with a good scrub to get rid of all the mould and a coat of paint but better than some parks I have seen. Nothing really special about the park. We thought we would give it a try after staying another's over many years in the area. The pool is large and refreshing on hot days, but a few items we noted were a metal bolt sticking up in the middle of concrete pathway which is likely to injure someone at some point and pool furniture needs renewing as broken. Pool does have a changing room and bathroom, which is a good touch and offers convenience. Camp kitchen is very basic and could have a few more extras, so just standard. Sites are large enough for van, awning, and car parked alongside, so it's quite good. Park could put on some extra activities as it seemed void of this. We note that a lot of parks are now providing entertainment or activities to foster park participants to get to know each other rather than just hang out in their caravans. Park is quiet and feels safe being fenced all round and has one entry point for incoming and outgoing vehicles. Park is furtherest out from town cemtre but easy car ride to all attractions. Either way, for now this park gets a 4. However, if it livened it up a little and updated a few things, it could be a 5.
