Omg !! Best beauty place in have been to in a while.
The staff are friendly and welcoming and care about the end result for your service.
Love how they operate with each other, feels like a family.
Great back ground music and atmosphere.
But most importantly.... perfect eyebrows !!, great nail services and their massages are to die for !!

I’ve been going to Beauty on the Promenade for as long as I can remember and have always thought Kate and the staff are just so welcoming and provide a fantastic service. However my most recent experience with Talitha really impressed me beyond belief - she knew that I was having a hard time the last time I got a treatment off her and she was just so unbelievably gentle and kind- then this time around she asked how I was, how my holiday was (knowing how much I needed one). It just melted my heart to finally be seen, and acknowledged. Thankyou ladies xx

I'm currently pregnant and have been seeing Bree for lash extensions and nail treatments. I love the attention to detail and care that Bree gives. She is always attentive, which goes a long way in making it an enjoyable experience. The other ladies there are lovely as well, making sure that I was physically comfortable during my treatments, given my pregnancy. Overall, I am so impressed with the service, it goes a long way being made to feel so special. I would absolutely recommend if you feel like spoiling yourself. ♡

Excellent find! I’m from out of town and the maps took me straight to the front door with easy parking. The staff were relaxed and happy (always a good sign). They ran perfectly to schedule, did a great job, and I was comfortable in the cleanliness there. Will return if I’m in town again.

Worst eyebrow tinting and shaping ever - the exact opposite of what I asked for!!! Pedicure was done by 12yo trainee, not nice at all; more like a footrub.
Massage they use a horrible scented moisturiser, the smell is so strong you can’t actually relax.
Overall don’t really recommend this place

I have been coming to Beauty on the Promenade for the last four years for massages, facials, nails & more recently lashes.
All the staff are lovely & are great at what they do. They are approachable, welcoming & knowledgeable. A special mention to massage therapist Rachael, definitely the go to if you are wanting firm massages (she is incredible) & also to Kate for doing my nails today. Love it.

As a visitor to Coffs Harbour, it was wonderful to find this gem! Walking into Beauty on the Promenade, you are immediately welcomed and made to feel like a friend who is going to be pampered. I hope to get a chance to come back before our holiday is over!
