I had the best experience today with Jane, the consultation was straight forward. It was my first facial and boy was it an amazing experience. I was late to the appointment but they fit me right in and accommodated me with the utmost care. 10/10 would highly recommend this service especially for beginners. I will be going every month. 😊😁

One of the worst mani pedi I have ever had. Had to get my nails done twice. I could have done a better job myself putting polish on. No massage or cuticle cleanup which was included in the service I had booked. Non apologetic behaviour.

I went into the salon today for their ritual spa treatment special which is $100 for a massage and facial.
I had Ashleigh as the consultant. She was brilliant, she was informative and had an enthusiastic manner.
The massage I received was the best one that I've had in a very long time and she made sure that I was comfortable throughout the service.
I will definitely make this salon a reg in my routine.

Hi, I went to Pure Indulgence on 6th Feb 2024,for removing Tan and small pigmentation on my cheek bone. I chose the facial which removes tan and also pigmentation with Vit.C injecting. Facial did not removed skin tan,it was just applying cream with one or two hansdstorkes of massage.No Vit C injection too. Moreover, it was a waste of money and the time 60 minutes was reduced to 45 min.without information.Do not go.not worth Facial as they write in brochure.
