Had the horrible experience of having to stay here for four nights.
All cups plates and cutlery were covered in a greasy film. Had to wash them all, as I didn't want to be charged extra for the cleaning on checkout. But we did not dare use any of it.
The air-conditioning was constantly dripping water on to the lounge chair, so I had to put a saucepan on the couchto catch the water.
Clothes dryer wouldn't even tumble a pair of socks dry. Our unit was to be unserviced for the entire stay, one day when it was very hot we had appointments to attend and when we returned the main power to room and aircon switch was turned off, so all the food we had in the fridge was spoilt.
While we were resting in the lounge the following day someone entered our room, saw us and quickly left.
The cleaning staff walk around spraying some thing onto the carpet to try and cover the musty damp smell.

The bathroom was nice, however i had to wash the shower curtain, it was putrid. The lounge was very saggy and extremely difficult to get out of, especially with a very bad arthritic knee.
The bed, well, while I was trying to get off the lounge, I noticed it was lower at the head end than the feet end. Upon a closer visual inspection, the head end had absolutely no support, nothing at all. The feet end had wooden supports, there was only 1 castor wheel on the left side in the middle and nothing at the head end. I eventually got 2 saucepans out of the cupboard so hubby could put them under the head end.
Also, there was no one in attendance until the morning we left. I was there to see the knee specialist for a knee replacement.
I was advised in the morning that I should have called the night manager, that phone number was downstairs.
I will never be going back to this motel again

Great location and free parking if you can get it. River views nice and limited traffic noise. Washing machine and dryer.

But if you are looking for a luxury or comfortable stay, this is not for you.
Rooms are extremely dated, oven with no pans to use in said oven. Couches mismatched and old, tables and chairs pulled out of the 80s/90s. Bed mediocre, springy, noisy and saggy. Staff not friendly or welcoming. Second time staying, think it will be the last as value for money is not there. Maybe suitable if you need to stay close to the hospital.

Booked this hotel and then went to book to see a show in Brisbane. Later got back an email saying that despite being able to book the room they didn’t have a room available.

By then I had tickets for a show so was committed to having to stay in Brisbane. Given it was such short notice it cost me an additional $200 to find accommodation for the night.

I then had to chase for a refund which, as this point, I have yet to receive.

Had they been honest and not put the room available for booking I would have chosen a different night.

Won’t try and ever book here again as it’s not worth the risk to find out if the room you book is actually available or not.

The guy at the front desk was really friendly and polite. Unfortunately the room hadn't been maintained at all. The shower head needed to be held up by hand. The shower rack would fall down if you put a towel on it. The ensuite basin was blocked. I picked the telephone up and the screen fell off. There's graffiti in the room. All the cutlery and cups required cleaning before use. Lots of dust on everything. The car park was quite difficult to access and some permanent occupants here park across multiple spaces in the better car park. If your vehicle is over 1.8 metres, do not enter the lower car park. It smelled pretty bad too. Lucky for the nice guy downstairs, I had to give him some stars.

This place is disgusting, we got there and the door lock didn't work, rang caretaker and was unprofessional and very rude and unpleasant to my daughter and her patner, he advised us he couldn't do anything or put us in another room, didn't even apologise to us about it, so we left and went to a far better hotel, will never stay here ever again. NOTE YOUR CARETAKER WAS UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE I HAVE 3 WITNESSES

I found Chasely Apartments To be a very friendly and easy accessible location.There is free carparking. Beautiful water views and walking distance to city and amazing walking track.
The rooms are kept very clean and tidy by the happiest of staff.
The front office staff are there yo help with any guest enquiries.

Building and apartment were both dated but comfortable, although my bed sagged a good 10cm in the middle. Majority of staff were friendly and accommodating though there were a small number which absolutely were not, and made it harder to enjoy my time here.
