Wesley Lodge is a great place to stay if you have someone in the Wesley Hospital, it is directly across the road. There is free guest parking. The rooms are good, we stayed in a room with 2 single beds with plenty of hanging space and drawers for clothes. There was coffee making facilities in the room and a bar fridge as well as a TV. There was also a small round table and 2 chairs in the room and the same on the small balcony. You have your own bathroom which is comfortable. Each floor has a communal kitchen/living room. The kitchen has all the basics for cooking a meal including a microwave, dishwasher, airfryer and small bench top oven. In the kitchens there is packets of cereal, coffee, tea, sugar, bread, milk, butter/margarine and an array of jams and spreads all free of charge. In the basement there is a washing machine and dryer, both of these are coin operated. The location is very convenient with a 1 stop train ride to the Toowong Shopping Centre if you need a few supplies or just a change of scenery. At the bottom of the hill is the Brisbane River if you are looking for somewhere to go for a walk, just keep in mind how steep the hill is for the walk back. I'd definitely stay here again if I had someone in the Wesley Hospital.

I have been coming to "Wesley Rotary Lodge" for years now as I live in North Queensland and my experience here has been lovely, they are compassionate the accomodation is excellent, the location is straight across the street from the Wesley.
The only problem is you need to book in advance as they get booked out.

A great and welcoming place to stay if you need to be close to Wesley Hospital. You can literally walk from the lodge across the street to the hospital's main entrance in moments. The rooms are neat and even have a little outdoor patio area. Staff are welcoming, and visitors have access to a communal kitchen and free parking with tea and coffee making facilities in each room.

The Wesley Rotary Lodge is a godsend for "out of town people" who are required to be close to the Wesley hospital.
The hospital entrance is just across the road.
The Lodge is comfortable, two single beds and a private ensuite in each room. The room has a balcony, tea/coffee facilities, and a small fridge.
At the end of each floor is a common room and kitchenette.
Prepackaged frozen meals are able to be purchased from reception, and the meals are very good quality.
Continental breakfast is included in the room price.
The staff are absolutely amazing, and there is some off-street parking around the building.
It is highly recommended, and thank you to the Rotary Club for providing such a facility.

The staff were very friendly, accommodation was clean, comfortable and warm, breakfast was supplied, plenty of tea and coffee, I could also cook my own meals if I wanted to or there were frozen meals to buy during office hours which were handy. It was perfect as straight across the street from the hospital so easy to visit and go back to my room again. Close to the city and I don't think it was too far for public transport either though I didn't try it, It had a homely feel which was so nice,

Honestly I love this place.

It's clean, comfortable and well maintained and, for the price, is so better than many much more expensive places I've stayed in. The fact it's right across from the hospital is so incredibly convenient!

There also free parking included which is honestly incredible considering the hospital carpark pricing.

The shower is hot and powerful and the (single) beds are firm but comfortable. The staff are very helpful and friendly and make the whole experience so easy.

Breakfast comes as cereal and toast and dinner comes as frozen microwave meals, which are very handy with you've had a long day at the hospital and just want to collapse in bed.

Of course there are other places to eat in the hospital and more restaurants in the area. And of course there's Uber Eats and other online services.

I know I'll be visiting at the hospital again and this is where I'll be staying.

Many thanks to the Management and Staff for being so helpful and pleasant. This is a pleasant place to stay when your partner is in hospital. The rooms were clean and well presented with a small balcony attached. The room was also lovely and quiet. I would recommend this Lodge to anyone wanting to stay close to the Wesley Hospital
