My partner and I recently visited a spa for a massage, hoping for a relaxing and enjoyable experience, but it turned out to be a complete disappointment. The receptionist’s behavior was shockingly unprofessional and disrespectful. When we inquired about a simple adjustment to include a service offered at another branch, she not only refused but outright told us to go elsewhere if we wanted accommodations.

To make matters worse, as we were leaving, we overheard her gossiping about us with a colleague, making disrespectful and mocking remarks. This kind of treatment is unacceptable, especially in an environment meant for wellness and care. Our experience was far from the relaxation we were seeking, and we won’t be returning. I strongly advise others to think twice before booking here.

Attention all spa-goers and wellness enthusiasts! Let me share a cautionary tale about a recent massage experience that left me feeling more stressed than relaxed. I approached the reception desk with a simple request, only to be met with shocking rudeness and unprofessionalism. When I politely asked about including an additional $10 service, mentioning it was available at another branch, the receptionist's response was nothing short of appalling. Not only did she flatly refuse, but she also suggested I take my business elsewhere if I wasn't satisfied. As if that wasn't bad enough, I overheard her mocking my conversation with a colleague as I left. This level of customer service is truly unacceptable in any industry, let alone one dedicated to relaxation and well-being. I strongly advise reconsidering your choice of spa to avoid such a disappointing and disrespectful experience.

I was not happy with the service I received today, I paid for a “Full body with oil” and she really spent almost a whole hour of my time massaging my back and felt like she spent only 1min on other parts of my body and then she would go right back to massaging my back after it. Not to mention my back was the only place I had received oil, everywhere else was rushed and done lazy with a towel but received no oil on it. I usually come to this place and I’ve had this treatment done before, respectfully if I wanted a back massage, I would’ve paid to get a back massage, if I wanted no oil I would’ve paid to get that as well BUT unfortunately I happened to pay for a “Full body WITH OIL” which I’m positive that full body includes oil in all parts of the body not just one part of her choice. I’m sorry but if I knew my experience today was going to be terrible I would’ve requested for someone with much more experience. I walked straight out of there in the end feeling very let down and disappointed as if I had just wasted money on a person who seemed very lazy and I think she seemed very unwell. I’m a person who likes to make my moneys worth because everything these days does not come cheap anymore, so I’d like to walk out feeling satisfied not disappointed.

Therapist - She was a girl wearing glasses, I didn’t receive her name as she seemed really unwell and looked like she was in a rush to leave. I have never seen her at this place before, she looks new to me.

Just had an amazing massage here! Booked in the 50mins neck, shoulder, back and legs massage. 10/10, had my back and necked cracked and my tender spots enlightened. I didn't want to leave the table 😂. Definitely much better afterwards. Keen to come back again. Would recommend trying this place out 👍👍👍

BE AWARE!!

We requested a 40-minute foot reflexology session, but they ended up charging us for an hour. There were two practitioners, and the younger one was incredibly lazy, repeatedly massaging the same spot and causing discomfort. His nails even scratched my leg, making the whole experience quite unpleasant. I feel this was a complete waste of money!

Jason is THE BEST massager of Brisbane without any doubt.. I travelled from Springfield to Garden city because of him. Tried so many massage places before but since I found him, dont go anywhere 10/10
