I was impressed by my first appointment and Aliona's dedication and approach to my needs. You can sense the European approach and knowledge there. She has helped me immensely in a very challenging and stressful time of my life. I have tried different massages and most recently facial treatments.
Aliona is very knowledable therapist but also an amazing person. She takes her client's individual needs seriously and makes her clients feel comfortable. You can genuinely feel she wants you to feel good and seeing results after having these treatments.

She is also very approachable and flexible. Despite living quite far from her salon, she always accommodates my appointments at the most convenient times. I’m genuinely surprised by negative comments, as my experiences have consistently been positive. I highly recommend her services to anyone seeking a reliable beauty professional.

I booked an appointment here and waited almost 30 minutes to be told she isn’t even in and had gone home earlier. It was only when I went back up to the reception and asked why I had been waiting for so long that they then told me she went home earlier. They tried to tell me to message her and see if you can reschedule. I work full time and don’t have the luxury of just rebooking. I travelled here and took time out to go to her. Unfortunately I will not be back and I’m quite disgusted at the unprofessionalism.

Terrible customer service. Booked an appointment with confirmation via email and text and I show up only to be told that I don’t have a booking. Didn’t even ask for my name or anything just flat out I don’t have a booking. If you’re having so many problems with the bookings then you really need to think about getting a new system or out a warning on your page. Don’t go here if you wanna waste your time driving all this way only to be told they don’t wanna do it. Because from the sound of it she wasn’t even at work and probably wanted an early finish. I’m a salon manager myself and this is not how you run a store
