Exceptional Value & Immaculate Cleanliness

Don’t let the motel’s modest online presence fool you—this place is an absolute gem. The beds were comfortable, and it was hands down the cleanest accommodation I’ve ever stayed in. I’ve paid ten times the price per night elsewhere, and they weren’t half as well presented.

The location is spot-on—close to Grand Plaza and the RSL, which serves fantastic food with great service and reasonably priced drinks. On-site parking was a bonus, and the place was quiet and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and welcoming.

I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again anytime I need accommodation in Brisbane. Highly recommended.

Like a breath of fresh air this place will lift your spirits even on those days . The staff have been amazing and never hesitated to help in any way down to the personal touch of a family environment. I'm one of the first to speak up if there is no customer service at a place and also the first to give credit where credit is due.
The place runs right , looks right and mostly feels right. 😁

Browns Plains Motor Inn was pleasantly immaculantly clean. Skirts, Frames Carpet, Bathroom and importantly the bed was clean and comfortable. It's a great place to stay if you want to visit the Greenbank RSL as it's walking distance. The lady on the front desk was so lovely and welcoming. Definately recommend and definitely go back.

The lady who checked me in was friendly. The room was clean. I liked the little kitchenette, even though I didn't use it.
The shower had consistent temperature and good pressure. I fit my oversized body in there no problem.
The bed is on the firmer side. I was comfortable in it. The aircon/heater worked well and wasn't overly loud.
My room was close to the road, and I could hear the traffic quote loud at times.

If only there was an option to choose half a star. (That star would go to the friendly cleaners in this motel, these ladies seem to be the only ones that are concerned about others. )
Just a warning for those who leave real reviews about these kind of motels.
Don’t get me wrong it looked appealing and the reception was friendly- don’t let that fool you they will charge you for extra cleaning. Basically they don’t want you living in the room or it’s ‘extra cleaning.’

1. I was told after my stay that I wasn’t welcome back (with no explanation) I’m assuming it’s because my children and I witnessed 6 police carry our neighbour out of their room in a body bag and they don’t want people taking about it?
2. Got sick from swimming in their germy pool, which looks double the size in their photos.
3.Apparently it’s ok for them to walk into your room and take sneaky photos, when you haven’t even checked out and use them as ‘evidence’ against you!
4.Another warning on their staircase and room tiles slippery I saw a man carrying his young daughter and they both fell and slipped down them and were injured. ⚠️ They are not concerned about others safety or the trauma that these incidents can impact on people at this ‘Family Friendly’ motel.
Don’t underestimate peoples potential and think your dodgy business can get away with horrible acts.
Please do your best to resolve these incidents below by leaving a pathetic review trying to explain yourself.
Good luck to money hungry and crime scene motel. Horrendous

Browns Plains Motor Inn suited my purpose. Located close to Greenbank RSL and the Logan freeway. The room was clean and tidy. The bed was SUPER comfortable. The staff/owner was extremely helpful. Will stay there again and recommend this motor inn to other travelers who need a base in this area. I stayed Nov 27 and Nov 30 2024. Mike
