From the moment we arrived at Villa, we knew we had chosen the perfect place for our wedding, a stunning landscape, the venue offered a picturesque backdrop that felt like something out of a fairy tale.

The planning process was a breeze, thanks to our incredible wedding planner, her expertise and attention to detail ensured that everything went seamlessly. The staff was attentive and friendly, making us feel like royalty. The ceremony space was beautifully set up, and the reception area was nothing short of breathtaking.

Thanks to the meticulous planning, we were able to relax and truly enjoy every moment. Our guests raved about the exquisite food and stunning decor, and we couldn’t have asked for a more perfect day.

This venue is absolutely amazing!!!
The staff are so brilliant and go out of their way to make your dreams come true. A super special shout out to wedding planners Clara and Linda for making our day more perfect than we could have ever imagined and a huge thank you to Stacey who was just so beautiful and helpful on the morning of our wedding. We even had a guest’s show break in her half way through the day and a staff member noticed and fixed it for her there and then. All the staff were so happy to be there too which says a lot.
The food was Devine from the bridal lunch to the picnic and dinner, everything was perfect and the drinks were 👌, the espresso martini’s were to die for.
All of the different areas of the gardens and the rocks were absolutely stunning and made for such beautiful backdrops there were so many places to choose from. The convenience of having it all there was fantastic too.
The Dj ‘Brian was super helpful and precise with all our music selections even helping to create a surprise voice over for our ceremony.
The whole venue was just perfect from the biggest of trees to the tiniest of details.
We had children at our wedding and the childcarers took such great care of them and made our lives so easy. The kids all had the most wonderful time too.
The whole planning process was so much fun and not stressful at all. All the wedding vendors sourced by Villa went above and beyond for us too. We honestly can’t recommend them more highly. Thank you so much Villa for helping us to create the most perfect wedding we could ever have dreamed of.

We just had our wedding at the start of May 2024.
Villa Botanica is located in a beautiful part of QLD. Being a secluded private property was not the only thing that made our decision to get married here easy, they also arrange to collect all your guests from around the airlie beach area and drop them home at the end of the night ensuring everyone can relax and enjoy themselves which to us was a number 1 priority.
Our Wedding Planner Clara was all over it. Prompting me to make decisions when needed and also offering her advice when I couldn’t

The food, the staff, the location, the planning involved, the vendors they work with and even communicating with our videographer and photographer to make sure everything ran smoothly. Even checking out the next day was all organised and sorted, they even offered to carry everything to our car!

The experience not only for us as bride and groom with our 2 young children but for all of our guest will be something we will never forget!

Linda you're the best. We changed so many things so many times and it wasn't an issue. We communicated at every stage and we got any information we needed. We didn't have to worry about a thing and the vendors are such good value and quality. This place is such a wonderful, mesmerising place. It felt magical waking up the next morning and seeing the sunrise. The staff are the nicest and the best people you will ever have around for a special occasion like a wedding. You have been ingrained in our memories and we are so thankful to you all for everything you did for us on our special day.

I recently attended a wedding at this venue, and I must say, the place is absolutely beautiful. The décor and ambiance were stunning, and the staff did an amazing job ensuring the event ran smoothly. However, I do have some concerns about the safety of the venue. It appears that parts of the building, particularly the steps and lighting, are not up to Australian standards. Unfortunately, I had a fall due to the poor lighting on the steps, which made it difficult to see properly. On a positive note, I’d like to thank the staff member who provided me with first aid; she was absolutely lovely and very helpful. While the venue is gorgeous, I hope they address these safety issues to prevent future accidents."
