As someone who’s lived in Yeppoon my whole life, I feel so lucky to have Footlights Theatre Restaurant right here. I recently went back after many years, and I can’t believe what I’ve been missing. Footlights offers an experience you don’t even find in big cities—a 3-course meal and a 2-hour show for just $75! Most places in town charge $30+ for a meal alone, and shows in Rockhampton cost between $25-$80. Footlights is a bargain for what you’re getting.

What makes it even more special is the welcoming, homey atmosphere. Kaye and Garyth, the owners, are involved in every show, and their passion really shines. It’s easy to forget about Footlights because it’s been around so long, but if you haven’t been recently, you need to go. I wish I had gone sooner.

The truth is, if we don’t support our local businesses like Footlights, they won’t be here forever. We all assume it will always be around, but it won’t—unless we help keep it going. Don’t wait until it’s too late—book your spot, and experience this local treasure while you still can! You won’t regret it!

The food was tasty and the bar and serving staff were friendly. The show was a cringe-fest. Bawdy jokes and bad acting. I think it's time to bring your show to the 21st Century. Left me feeling very uncomfortable.

I recently attended Footlights Theatre and Restaurant with my family, and it was an unforgettable experience! The comedy show was absolutely fantastic, providing us with plenty of laughs throughout the evening. The two-course meal was equally impressive, with each dish being delicious and well-prepared. The highlight of the meal was undoubtedly the sticky date pudding – it was simply to die for!

A special mention to the awesome actors Garyth, Kate, Haylee, and Michael for their incredible performances. A big shout-out to Haylee for doing a great job waiting on our table after the show. Overall, it was the best night out we’ve had in a long time. Highly recommend!

What a FANTASTIC show. I didn't stop laughing from the beginning to the end. The food was great and all 3 courses came out hot and delicious...bonus points are for that the meals were ALL handmade and cooked fresh on the day 😋 THANK YOU FOOTLIGHTS FOR A FANTASTIC NIGHT OUT!!! I would DEFINITELY recommend this place for a great night's 3 course meal with stage show included.

Nice people. Affordable camp with optional showers and washing machine. Three cute dogs on site. Nice and quiet. Lovely garden. Small and quaint mini campsite for about 6 vehicles max.

Pretty corny show but that's what to expect from a theatre restaurant. Three courses all served hot and in a timely manner for the big group we were with. The food was actually really good.

The food was delicious and the service, great! The show was so fascinating and mind blowing. I didn't laugh much but I admire the experience. It was beautiful. I would certainly reccomend something like this any day. I feel it is one of those things you don't forget! My favourite part was the moulin rouge solo (I'm not sure how to reference it 😁)

This is a hidden gem in Yeppoon which must be experienced for everyone who comes.

Staying in Yeppoon from Sydney, we absolutely did not know what to expect. The show did not disappoint. It was funny and had a great mix of singing and dancing through overall storytelling and acting.
