All good about this Cafe. Food was good and coffee well made. Plus there is a great atmosphere both within and outside as Mt. Morgan is a very old town with a long and at times very prosperous history. So we found a good cafe and enjoyed the walk and drive around this historical township.

Nice little cafe for our breakfast. Great coffee and hot chocolate. And lovely toasted sandwiches. Seems like it's a good spot for all the locals too. We picked a good spot. Lovely lady at the counter.
Nice little town. We were only stopping through for a look but are staying a few days as there is plenty to see.

Pulled into town, got told that the Rainbow cafe was a great place for a meal by the guys at the railway museum.
We checked it out, has the old school look and feel of the 80’s - 90’s take away, ordered a fish burger, works burger & a serve of chips.
Burgers were amazing, fish was actually battered and cooked for the burger, not a frozen block so commonly seen now, the salad was fresh as was the roll.
Works burger was fantastic, but the real star were the chips, we hadn’t had chips like this for decades.
Worth the stop if your driving through.

We were visiting Mount Morgan on the 21/4/24 . Stopped in at the Rainbow Cafe for some lunch. Let’s just say that the food was amazing. No tiny little burgers there . They were huge . And they tasted amazing. Definitely be going back for more next time we are there.
