Staff member opening store ignored 2 customers and wandered around doing tasks at an incredibly slow rate as if no one was waiting, then served both with attitude. 5 minutes later did the same thing to another 2 customers and ignored the friendly remark one of them made. Orders were made and left on the bench out of sight without letting customers know their order was made. Overall horrible service

Used to work in Stockland and would grab breakfast coffee, then lunch coffee and food, then afternoon coffee.
Always the best coffee, even went multiple orders were placed.
Staff are wonderful, happy to see me despite my constant orders.
I no longer work near a Gus's so it's definitely a habit I miss. I had to buy the coffee beans to bring me the comfort I miss

Extremely rude attitude from the young lady behind the counter (blonde).. clearly not the first person to receive this attitude after reading some reviews .. blamed myself I didn’t cancel the order and walk away.

I don’t know where to start to say how much I love Gus’ Coffee Stockland! The coffee, the food and the service are incredible. With my job I travel around Australia I still maintain it is the best coffee in Australia ♥️ Even my national manager loves Gus’ and agree’s it’s the best coffee in Australia. Gus’ coffee is systematically keeping retail workers alive lol. Reminds me of that old TV show cheers….i walk up and everyone knows my name, how I love my coffee and a great big friendly smile!! Ohhhhhh massive cheers and thanks for bringing back Big Gus he is the coffee of my dreams lol

Blonde young chick behind the counter couldn't be more apathetic if she tried, almost wants to make the customers feel like they're annoying just being there. Message received, I'll go elsewhere next time 👍

Coffee great. Food below average. Service, shocking. When we were taking a small moment to decide what muffin to get the staff rolled her finger and told us to 'keep it going keep it going' as if we were holding her up for that 1/2 a second. Didn't ask for our name for the order, didn't ask if we wanted sugar, didn't ask if we wanted to dine in or take away, didn't ask if we wanted our food heated up or not. We left after a 20min wait with sugarless coffees and a hot muffin. And I honestly don't understand why there is seats and tables when staff don't bother to give you a table number and bring your order out. Just 4 staff behind a crowded coffee machine with no initiative to help elderly customers to there table with a full take out tray they had to collect from the counter, which we witnessed twice while we waited. Pretty damn appalling. Won't be back. Jamaica Blue, Stella Rosa, and Coffee Club all have outstanding customer service and will be using them from now on.
