Did dine-in - that's an extra $1+ for the paper plate for the carrot cake - dishwasher not working so you get takeaway cups - no - you don't get a discount of $1+ . Dine-in - no we don't bring it to you - collect it yourself - why bother pretending dine-in is different to takeaway? . carrot cake was good, coffee ok

The person who served me, I think her name was Maria, took particular care to assure my meal remained gluten free, seemingly aware of the requirements of those with coeliac disease. Thank you. Unfortunately, on our next visit 2 years later, while the coffee and muffin were nice, I thought the lack of graciousness displayed by senior staff particularly disappointing. Any query I had with my order (which had been slightly mixed up, understandably, up by a trainee staff member) was met with impatience and a punative demeanour from the senior staff member. And it wasn't yet 10am!

Three people on and none of them decided to call my order was done or gesture to me. Two of them were on their phones even looking at me. They need a supervisor on if they are going to be like this on their own. Payment was done at 1.44 pm, I got my drink at 2.09. I was waiting outside the muffin fridge and they had my drink out the back above the mini fridge out of sight. Melted but tasted good, still not returning.

Drinks weren't cold, and very expensive for quite a small drink. The muffins weren't heated at all, they tasted nice but were let down by the fact that they weren't warm. Bit disappointing for quite a well-premised cafe.

Toasted sandwich has no cheese and smallest piece of ham possible and was all soggy like the bread is wet! They heated it up in the microwave!! Clearly can’t cook or run a business. Most horrible sandwich I’ve ever tasted . Coffee tasted like hot milk and my daughters milkshake tasted rotten!! Tart was bland and tasteless and soggy!!! Don’t go here if you want anything decent. You get a more nutritious and nicer meal from McDonald’s honestly. I paid $30 for food I wouldn’t serve my dog. I complained to the brunette girl on front counter and she argued with me!!! Saying how much it cost to run a business. Clearly she has no idea given the most disgusting food ever served and horrible service!

Worst coffee I have ever had. It just tasted like warm milk. Complained to the manager and he made another coffee and said he had now put in 1 1/2 shots of coffee. Didn’t taste that much better. For $5.40 each you would expect it to be made right.

Stood at the counter for a while, being ignored by a few young female staff who were too busy talking to eachother to even look up. Finally acknowledged and ordered a piece of cake, only to watch these girls continue to talk and not even bother grabbing the cake with any urgency. Took way longer than it should have, finally we asked if it was ready to go. The blonde one said “yeh I’m just grabbing it” while rolling the eyes.
Sorry but these girls wouldn’t last a second in the real world or in any other industry. I’m embarrassed for the owner of this business to have this as the face of the company.

Service was reasonably fast , food and drinks were ok until I looked up from where i sat and could see the scales they potentially put food on. I sincerely hope they clean it before use 🤢
