Most welcoming people ever. Had a 3 night stay for work. Bed was comfy, room was a good size and very clean. Wifi worked great. Meals were huge and very tasty. Would highly recommend and stay again. Thank you so much

On arrival, we noted the well-manicured lawns and gardens with a clean swimming pool that looked inviting. We had a standard room that had comfortable beds however, the bathroom sink was outside the bathroom with taps that were difficult to turn off. The bathroom was cramped and the shower rose wouldn't stay up. The television was old style and wouldn't receive HD channels. Although we booked for three, there were only sufficient cups etc for two. A bit disappointing given the attractive exterior of the place. A free breakfast was appreciated with cereal, juice/tea/coffee on offer as well as toast and bacon and eggs. It was also good to have under cover parking.

Great place to stay, friendly staff, well equipped rooms, clean and parking right out by your front door. Best of all, pet friendly. My dog baby is having a great time as well. Rooms are a decent size. The only downside is that the WiFi was out. I understand that it's out of their control, so we are still happy to recommend Emerald Explorers Inn. Haven't tried the food here yet. The pool area is nicely set up with outdoor sittings and shade sail. Not bad at all.

Clean, tidy room. Queen bed very comfortable. Owners very friendly and accommodating. I asked for a micro wave and 1 showed up next morning. Under cover parking at all units. Our Great Dane dog was very welcome. Base rooms do not have plates or knifes and forks so bring your own. A lounge chair of some sort would have been great

Bathroom shower and sink taps were not clean. Poor quality toilet paper. A bit disappointed given $195 for 1 night that included $25 pet clean fee. Towels were good. A small fence between units at rear would be good for custoners with pets.

The check in was quick and easy.Staff friendly and welcoming. The beds were extremely comfortable.Room itself was clean, however the shower in the bathroom had mould in the shower recess.
The restaurant food was delicious, although would prove a bit expensive for a family.
