Today while being served from the staff. My participant and I came here for a coffee. I asked the staff member if they could cut up my participants sausage roll. The guy at the counter said that wouldn’t be a problem. He was very polite and friendly. The lady who served us our food. Was very rude and refused to cut the sausage roll up. I am very disappointed appointed with the service they provided. When Monday comes around. I will be making an official complaint about the lady being very rude. The hot chocolate is not well presented.

My dad picked up a hot mocha for me and when I opened the lid I discovered that 1/3 of the drink was missing. I ended putting some milk in to fill the cup it, it tasted fine but still really disappointing to find out you're being scammed by them just to save a buck or two, really scummy.

This buisness does not even deserve a star. The service by the staff was down right disgusting on Saturday. The girl running the place was rude, calling out obscenities across the centre at a customer. She attempted to be belittling to an elderly customer, making references to her age and asked" how dare you think you can win an argument with an 18 year old of today". The customer was pleasant to the girl talking calmly the whole time.I heard this same girl call out and to the donut king employee and belittle the same lady to them as she waited for a refund. When I spoke to the lady she said she had called the owner about their behaviour all over wanting a mug of coffee with one hour still left of opening hours. She told me he was just as rude . Like.minded people obviously employ like minded people. After reading their reviews this seams to a common practice with elderly customers. This business should be ashamed of theirselves. When the lady left to buy some lunch the juvenile assistant ( called since she acted like a 6 year throwing a tantrum) still continued to yell abuse at her as she walked back past the.busines

We went here to have a quiet drink and we were being served very politely by a girl with brown hair. A girl with blonde hair, interrupted our ordering and called the girl away from us. My partner stayed to collect the order, while my daughter and I sat down. He was given the coffees at the counter, as we were drinking our coffees the girl with blonde hair came over and stated very rudely that we had the wrong coffees. She then told the customers beside us in a very loud voice for all to hear, that we had drank their coffees. We are very honest and law a bidding people, and we were made to feel like we had stolen their coffees. Their belittling and rude manner has ensured that we will not be returning to your business. We apologised to the people for accidentally drinking the wrong coffees.

Coffee made by the young female staff member was good. Service provided by older male (manager, as he is there often?) is not good. I have also heard him publicly and loudly make disparaging comments about other customers (for simply changing their minds).
Warmer, friendlier service to be found elsewhere in the Kmart shopping centre - get your coffee there, avoid Michel's.

Clean and friendly. Coffee and sausage roll were both tepid by the time they were brought out to the table. What’s not to like about having food brought to you? But if I wanted a serviette I had to get it from the counter myself. You brought the coffee and food but I had to leave the table, food and my bags to pick up a serviette that you walked past. No, I won’t be back.

Usually staff are very friendly and good customer service , a new young girl /staff member I found is very rude and abrupt , terrible customer service no personality for this kind of work .I ordered coffee yesterday was told no milk , then today was told they can’t accept cash only card and I had the correct change, informed her she was very rude and the other workers stood around with her laughing as I walked back past acting like 12 year old school girls , also had another store owner I know comment to me about their rude behaviour . She may suit being kept on dish duties then dealing with customers .

I've been coming to this place for a long time now and I always found it a good and friendly place up until a few days ago and today. I've found the girls to be quite rude but especially the blonde haired one, she should be fired. She is the rudest and vulgar person I have ever come across and the way she speaks to people then belittles them to the other staff and the other staff laughing and joining in, is downright disgusting. I won't be back.
