Good cafe,lovely staff, good coffee. Food is always really yummy too. Drive through can be a bit of a wait but staff are always very efficient

Been going here for years every time in town
Never really had an issue except the rare forgotten extra, since the change to Merlo from Pump it seems a “get them in get them out” attitude had been adopted.
Smaller menu, no option for extras.

Normally order Smashed Avo with Chicken, Feta and Balsamic, no longer an option.

Menu stated 2 slices and now comes with feta, received one slice and two cubes of feta.

Coffee is still great.

This all relates to drive through, can’t comment on dine in.

Every element was great except I did get an egg and bacon Burger to go and when I took bites of the Burger the outside rind was still attached to the bacon and so it turned into a big mess with me in the car trying to remove the rind and you can imagine the mess. It is not uncommon but a lot of other take away places take the time to remove the rind and it would be great if you guys could also do that as a standard thing and make consuming the Burger a lot easier. The bacon rind was not crispy, just rubbery so you could not bite through it easily.

I only have coffee at this cafe. So therefore I am unable to critique the food. The coffee is very good and the service is excellent. Staff are very friendly and helpful. I like the fact that they have a drive-thru service.

Ordered a Hot Chocolate, Vegetarian Favourite and a Big Breakfast with Scrambled Eggs.The drink came out about 2 minutes after we ordered and was not boiling hot like some places. It was delicious. Food came out about 5-10 minutes after that and was well presented but a bit chewy and a little overcooked, especially the Pork Sausage. Other than that the meal was above average and definitely enough to fill the hunger hole.

Rang the day before to see if you where dog friendly was told yes but have to be outside which is good for us ,got there and we're told no TCC laws...the little cafe almost next door had no issues...still in Toowoomba who's right

Every single time I go here there is multiple things not available. I went this morning and ordered a drink, sat in the drive through for 10 minutes only to be told they had no fruit flavours, despite me checking when I paid. No offering to return my money either. Get your act together pump! It’s only $8.5 but that’s still my hard earned money I didn’t get back.

Ordered a chicken burger the bun and the chicken were hard as rock, I couldn’t physically eat it. Also ordered a mango smoothie which had no mango in it, just a huge dollop of caramel…
