I brought my own cup and asked for my coffee to be made in it. I asked for staff to rinse it first because I had already used it for coffee earlier in the day.

While initially the staff agreed, a moment after taking my cup the staff said "sorry, we can't do that because you've already had coffee in this cup. It's a healthy and safety thing" and gave me the cup back.

The point of a keep cup is to reduce waste, to clean it and reuse it! You should also expect people to be able to use it for multiple coffees per day.

This is absurd! What's the point of promoting the use of keep cups for the environment, reduce waste and what not, but not being willing to wash it, or even rinse it, for your customers?

Even if there is a remote chance of there being a food safety issue (which would be still be present in every item of food or drink you serve in a cup or on a plate), the fact that I brought my own cup and asked you to rinse it means I'm the one taking responsibility for the risk.

Very poor service on such a simple little thing. I have had no problem with getting my cup rinsed/washed at other cafes.

Please get the 3 young girls you had working Sat 21 SEP 24 some more training. They are stressed and running back and forth from station to station, making them slower.
There were several wrong orders, and they need to slow down when calling out the orders. They called several times for several orders as nobody could understand what they were yelling.

We come here almost every Sunday and order. Today my open club was terrible! Hardly any toppings. And the cross contamination is so bad. BBQ sauce on my carrot loaf..... Do better, guys! We support North Point because Anzac Avenues drive through is terrible and always super busy!

Love this place! Staff always greet you when you come in and say good bye when you leave - the friendliest coffee shop I've experienced.

My closest Zarraffa's and I absolutely love it. Service is very fast and friendly, and the cafe is always kept clean. This location does have a smaller menu then most "bigger city" stores but they still have the main coffees, teas, and foods. I go there early is the morning as I start work early so I only have to wait about 2-4 minutes for my drink. Great selection of breakfast/lunch foods. All workers seem to be very happy and welcome you right away.

I had ordered usual open club and medium size mocha was absolutely terrible. This was second day happening in same place. We were regularly customers for Zarraffa’s since 2018. We always ordered same coffee and same food.

Open club was overcooked by chef Mic(microwave)
Mocha - just put the thing in to cup. All the chocolate syrup stuck in bottom.
