I regularly pop into this Zarraffa’s before or after work and I have always had pretty good waiting times! Very clean whenever I go in!

I had three lovely baristas who were great and had the best customer service! They were in the drive thru section.

I ordered a flat white in the drive thru. I know this can take some time so was happy when I got to go swiftly thru to yet be held up at the window watching all three baristas have a conversation and not make any coffee during that time. What felt like 5 minutes later, they decided to make the coffees in the drive thru as the line had gotten pretty decent. She handed it to me and as she was, she spilt the hot coffee all over my arm. It hurt and it burnt! Didn’t even acknowledge the fact that she did this and walked away. After I said “can I please have some napkins” she walked away again and handed two to me to wipe up the hot coffee all over my arm and hand. Not only the fact that she spilt hot coffee on me but how is this a flat white? I love Zarraffas coffee but this experience has definitely changed my opinion.

Beautiful friendly staff, i went though the drive though last weekend to get a coffee which became a freeby, so if the person before paid for my coffee, I Thank you immensely. If Zarraffas paid for it, I thank you too. Will be my most go to place now!

Great drinks and great food. I marked down on the stars as the noise in the shop is crazy and you can not have a successful meeting or coffee date there and expect to hear what is being said. The staff are friendly however a other downside is it's not overly pram friendly and gets squash when it's busy. Best advice is to get takeaway and head to the park. It will be heaps more relaxing.

So disappointing, came through for the first time in months because I wanted to give this Zarraffas another chance only to be disappointed again. Ordered a long black and a white choc mocha only for Heidi taking the order to correct me and say Amaricana? I’m sorry it’s not my job to memorise your menu, if the amaricana is the zarraffas equivalent of a long black then obviously yes there is no need to be condescending and rude. Then to get to the pick up window and turns out I should have corrected Heidi instead because I was given a standard Mocha. When I brought this to the baristas attention I was again not given any form of customer service just disgruntled employees. And then to get this coffee with no foam or white choc flakes. Knew I should have just made an instant, seems the only way to get a decent coffee these days.

Used to be amazing. But inconsistency has really killed this place.

Have never really had an issue with drive though.

It’s more the sit down. Went in last Monday served by someone who clearly didn’t want to be there.

The caramel fusions were dreadful to the point my fiancé and I didn’t even finish them didn’t enjoy it at all

The chicken and cheese ciabatta were burnt

And the lemon citrus tart which is usually a favourite was just disappointing. The short bread was cheap very grainy so not much butter in it at all the lemon filling has been cut back dramatically to what it used to be.

Over all really disappointing and can honestly say will not be back

Hot chocolate (requested no marshmallows) was way too sweet 😣. So sweet that I couldn’t drink it.
