The second star is for The beautiful garden room. The ambience and tranquility can't be ignored.

The food however is abysmal and slapped together by a frenzied inexperienced tardy chef who's choice of ingredients is whatever he finds on discount at Cole's. The so called sourdough is just home brand white bread.

The food is truly lacking any effort past what a 8year would provide to his mother in bed for her birthday.

The coffee was Also weak and watered down

All in All The garden room offers beautiful tranquility... but I'd pack a lunch

We were lucky arrived here when it wasnt busy and we sat at the garden so had the garden ourselves. The food wqs just amazing, well cooked and fresh. Tyr staff was also lovely and friendly. Everything was just perfect!

The atmosphere and food of this cafe is really amazing I would recommend everyone to visit the cafe and enjoy the coffee and food. Nepalese cuisine is also really flavorful if you love the spice this is the place for you and the coffee really gets you going. Highly recommended!!!!!

Everyone needs to make tracks towards Engine Room Cafe. My breakfast and tea were amazing! Loving the arancini balls! Yum! Despite being a big and busy venue, the service was very personal, fast and efficient! Loving the space and the outdoor area is a beautiful asset to the location. All weekend brunch plans need to happen here! Thanks for having us Engine Room Cafe!

Honestly not what it was when I visited 4 years ago service is woeful. Staff more interested in their phones then service.
Food average ..amenities need a good clean.
Sorry but in this day and age I dislike poor service staff
