The V-Max Theatre is a great experience with the recliner chairs. Just not enough people serving the snacks with large queues. There was no interval and Wicked is a very long movie so there were people going in out throughout which can detract a bit. Otherwise a great theatre to see the latest movies in.

Always great experience! Staff are helpful and friendly. Make sure to check discounts if you're a member of RACQ or Event Cinemas. Most of the time they would offer 50% off depending on days. It's a big savings especially for a family of four like us. We love the VMax comfortable recliner is the best while watching.

This cinema, in the heart of Toowoomba, is absolutely fantastic and offers great value for money. The cinema is well organised, the staff are friendly and helpful.

It is well kept, I didn't see any rubbish, seats are comfortable with plenty of leg room, I'm 6'3 and build quite large and I was quite comfortable. Screen quality was clear, and the atmosphere was very pleasant. I highly recommend visiting this Cinema if you are in the mood for quality entertainment.

Has all the latest movies (obviously), however, the prices for seating and food is ridiculous.

Having a membership card only takes off a few cents worth or maybe a dollar from the price of seating, which already for a basic seat costs upwards of $20-$30 each. Any upgrades to seating have significant price increases into the $40-$60+ range.

Staff are polite and the cinema is clean, but the prices are ridiculous compared to other cinemas.

I come see a movie every week, and never have any issues. Comfortable updated seating and beautiful cinema. Fresh popcorn and refreshing drinks. Staff are lovely and always accommodating upon arrival.

What bad bad service from the red head who walks around like she owns the place! I am a coeliac who brings food i can eat for the movies never had a problem doing so in any cinema toowoomba or outside of toowoomba..now I am sitting next to someone with a bag from Ezy mart food.
You need to get rid of her she is a bad face for the cinema with attitude 🙄 I never write reviews but I am today whilst sitting in the movie..will also add it was a snack in a box not hot food or anything that smells. What a joke toowoomba cinemas grand central is !!!
