Great big area. We camp near the water, it was beautiful. Great to see turtles in the water, ducks visit and plenty of birds. Great place, amenities are good too.

Easy access, beautiful area, run off catchment with wildlife, birds, ducks. Big sites to choose from, water/power. Dated amenities but clean and user friendly. Will def be back.

Stayed 1 night while passing through Toowoomba, office wasn’t open but found a spot and paid in the morning. Huge areas to choose from and very clean and tidy amenities. Definitely coming back for a few more nights a great spot just outside of town. $35 / night with 2 kids and power and water can’t go wrong 👍

Wonderful use of showgrounds property, with a well thought out position of different entertainment and vendors. The grounds are kept tidy and it's easy enough to navigate. The Toowoomba Show is one of the main reasons we have visited the grounds but even at other times throughout the year the property is well maintained.
The only thing lacking sightly is the carpark, simply being a section of the grounds without pavement - but that's really no big deal.

The grounds are lovely and the caravan sites are level and well spaced, with easy access to power and water.
The amenities are definitely in need of a good pressure spray and repaint. I obviously only went into the ladies but apparently the men’s were terrible.
We were there for the first weekend of the carnival of flowers(which was sensational), so there were A LOT of vans there at $35 per night. They could easily employed someone the week ahead to clean and repainting anticipation of the many people using the amenities blocks.
It was the only disappointment for an overwhelmingly wonderful first visit to Toowoomba.

Great BBQ meat fest/ music fest. Relaxing with good vibe. Not enough coffee/ icecream stands though. Loved the permanent display of branded windmills too

Fantastic spot for a stop over or a few nights stay. $25 for the night was a good price but the ladies showers were not clean. Only two suppled. Apparently gets very busy when events are on. Hige area.

Good camping grounds at reasonable ($30 power and water), sites fairly level and heaps of areas to choose from(carpark, lake, trees), amenities blocks with showers scattered throughout park. Very quiet only the sounds of the birds to wake you up.
