I had a fantastic 3-night stay at the apartments! It had everything I needed, including a pool, spa, air conditioning, fan, comfortable room and beds, and a fully equipped kitchen. The location was perfect - right next to the park and beach, with restaurants and cafes just a stone's throw away. Due to a family matter, I had to check out earlier than planned, and the hotel manager generously offered me credits for a future stay. I highly recommend Hi Ho Beach as your next holiday resort!

The apartment I booked was advertised as an ocean view room and we had a view onto the roof; the apartment was supposed to have one double bed and two single beds, instead we had two double beds and I had to sleep on a rollout bed (I am 50 years old, not 20) and the bed had a broken panel; some of the cooking utensils in the kitchen were broken; freezer was broken and the fridge leaked on the first day, we were told to put towels on the floor and see what happens as they did not have another fridge to replace it with; the garage door was broken and the cars were unsecured (considering a high rate of thefts at the moment); the balcony showed in the advertisement did not match the real balcony that could hold only two small chairs and when sitting there you would be looking into the apartment next door. One bedroom had an airconditioner and the other one had only a ceiling fan but had no screen door so it was not possible to keep the window open during the night in that bedroom as it was adjoined with the roof on the ground floor and the apartment was on the 2nd level. There were lose cables in the bedroom; the switch cover was coming off; the was a leak stain on the ceiling. The window in the bathroom was facing the outside corridor with the staircase and anyone could easily peer in. The door had one lock for a swiping card and we could not secure it with anything else. Overall, it made me feel uncomfortable and not safe while I was travelling with my elderly mother and two teenage girls.

This accommodation provider is dishonest and unprofessional. I stayed here recently and the double bed was broken - the metal beams were entirely broken, making the bed sag in the middle. My partner fixed it as best we could during the night but ultimately had an awful sleep. Further, a random man entered the property at 8am with an access card with no warning or explanation.

When I tried to contact the property in the days after to discuss the issue they lied to me about why the man had entered (saying he was there to fix the bed despite โ€˜no issuesโ€™ with the bed) and denied there being any issues with the bed because I didnโ€™t take photographic evidence.

The facilities were also old and unclean but that the was the least problematic part.

Disgusting customer service and I would never recommend this accommodation.

Hi Ho Apartments are a great place to stay and will opt to stay here next time I am in broadbeach. It is the perfect location. My studio room was large, bright and immaculately clean. The staff are very welcoming. Kat is definitely the face of Hi Ho and will go out of her way to help.

Great location to base ourselves in Broadbeach. The apartment was appointed well and had everything we needed. It was spotless clean, beds were super comfortable and great water pressure in shower. Location was perfect, easy walk to beach and restaurants, and a quiet street. Would recommend anyone to stay.
