Perfect location, right next to the tram stop which made it super easy to get around. Beautiful landscaped gardens. Room was clean and comfy and had all the necessities. Shower pressure was great, bathroom was clean. Bed was a little firm for my liking but was comfy. Nice relaxing feel to the whole complex. The ladies at reception were lovely. Easy self check in. I had a great stay.

This Apartment is a good value for money to stay at Gold Coast for a family.
1. The location is excellent - walking distance to both the beach and the Surfers Paradise shopping & eating areas.
2. The apartment was clean and had all the amenities for the family to stay for few nights.
3. The tram stop is right outside the apartment block to connect to anywhere in Gold Coast area without the need to take out the car while you are here.
4. The other residents were also very quiet during the busy period of the year, thereby making the stay more enjoyable.
Would definitely like to come back to stay here.

The hotel is nice it's close to all the main parts of surfers paradise. Only issue i had is room wasn't cleaned properly when we first got there sand all over the floor and bedding a bit funny. As for convenience the superior room had everything we needed.

Our stay at Palazzo Colonnades was truly exceptional! The staff were incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, the rooms were spotless and beautifully appointed, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. We felt truly pampered and will definitely be returning on our next visit in Jan 2026.Already booked and can’t wait 🍹🥂🙃

Location was perfect, staff friendly, handy parking, tram stop outside was a gift, pool and spa area were great, overall the property was good. |But! Room very dated, crying out for repaint, bathroom well overdue, shower hanging on for dear life and the sofas and table looked liked they’d been dragged out of a skip. Cleaners do a good job though, and we didn’t spend much time in doors. Would visit again (with a different room!)

What an awesome experience! During my 4-day stay, I really loved the in-house kitchen and all the supplies in the room. Plus, the hotel had some super chill facilities, and the receptionists were super friendly—they even let me check in early! I definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting since it’s close to the beach and has great transport options. Big thanks to everyone at the hotel for the amazing service. You made my trip so much fun!

We stayed here with a large group for a cheerleading competition, and our experience was fantastic! The location of the hotel is excellent—just a few tram stops away from major attractions like Cavill Avenue and Pacific Fair Shopping Centre, which made getting around incredibly convenient.||The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. They were incredibly friendly and accommodating, even taking a genuine interest in our event by asking to see photos and videos. Their excellent interpersonal skills truly elevated the customer service experience.||Our room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with plenty of kitchen utensils, which made cooking in our room a breeze. The pool and spa area were stunning, surrounded by trees and a small grassy space. We had a team BBQ by the pool, and the atmosphere was amazing—perfect for relaxing and bonding after the competition.||The only downsides were that one of our bedrooms was quite small, and fitting two single beds in there felt cramped. We adjusted the bed configuration during our stay, which helped a lot. Additionally, the washing machine had a bit of an odor because water had been left in it with the lid closed. However, after running a cleaning cycle, it worked perfectly for the rest of our stay.||Overall, this was a great place for our group, and we would definitely return!
