A Disappointing Experience at The Moroccan**

I recently had the unfortunate experience of staying at The Moroccan with four other families, and I feel compelled to share our thoughts. While the location has potential and the surroundings are lovely, the overall experience was marred by outdated rooms, a lack of proper pest control, and neglected gardens that desperately need attention.

The most disappointing aspect of our stay was the treatment we received from the general manager, Ricardo. From the moment we checked in, his demeanor was unwelcoming and dismissive. Despite our polite inquiries and concerns about our accommodations, he responded with indifference and even outright lies. It was disheartening to feel as though our voices were not heard, especially as we were a group of five families who had hoped for a pleasant getaway.

The combination of the hotel's physical state and the poor management left a sour taste in our mouths. We felt that our hard-earned money was not well spent, and we will certainly not be returning to The Moroccan in the future.

To anyone considering a stay here, I strongly advise you to think twice. Save your money and look for a place that values its guests and maintains its facilities. A little respect and care can go a long way, and unfortunately, we found neither during our stay.

Great hotel! Really nice staff that made us feel welcome and comfortable. Such a good place to book if you want easy access to shops and the beach as it is in perfect walking distance. The rooms were lovely and spacious, and came equiped with the right amount of essentials. Staying at this hotel was such a lovely experience with my friends and one I will never forget thanks to the staff at Breakfree Moroccan!

Great location, very close to the beach and cafes, restaurants and activities.
Kids loved the indoor and outdoor pools as well.

The apartment was clean, calm, and comfortable! Janelle’s customer service was superb. The views were immaculate and soothed the soul, offering a perfect backdrop for relaxation. Its location in Surfers Paradise made it convenient to explore the area while still feeling like a peaceful retreat. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a memorable stay on the Gold Coast!

Fabulous customer service manager, Janelle, ensured our stay was wonderful. The room was just as described, clean & very comfortable. Excellent location, close to the beach, with plenty of food options available all within walking distance. Can highly recommend.

Have had a fantastic stay.
Rooms were cosy and had everything we needed, could have done with 2 packs of dish wash powder for 5 days but otherwise a fantastic stay. Amazing views from room 260.
I did read others had issues with the noise from Cali Beach night club but we couldn’t hear a thing.
Pools were are great. Location so handy with everything we needed in walking distance.
