Short stroll to the boulavard and beach, nice walk to cafes and a short drive to all the restaurants and bars. Little gym on-site and a pool that was always empty, the cafe downstairs is wonderful too. It felt quiet and peaceful despite having no vacancies. Kitchen with full cooking facility and fridge inside apartment, our balcony was private so we didn't feel anyone looking inside. Will stay again.

Originally reluctant to book this apartment based on mixed reviews however not sure what everyone is complaining about as it’s quite a lovely place! Little bit pricey however $400 for New Year Eve night and being a 20 minute walk from Surfers Paradise isn’t too bad at all. The apartment is a little outdated but compared to modern buildings. Pool was great, spa out of order when we were there.

PS - The height for car clearance into the parking area is 2.1metres. We could not fit our hilux and the lovely lady at reception let us park outside for the night.

Very quiet location, Secure underground parking easily accessed.
Great walking paths to 10 minutes walking to Surfers Paradise and similar distance to Broadbeach.

I enjoyed my stay at The Marrakesh Apartments. Pools were excellent, and the sauna was nice and relaxing… and the staff were very friendly, welcoming, and happy upon arrival, and upon checking out.

And the TV had YouTube on it which was excellent.

Would definitely recommend staying here when holidaying in The Gold Coast.

We came to Marrakesh to visit the cafe in the hotel. The staff at the hotel went out of their way to make us feel unwelcome and even told us that verbatim, as we were not hotel guests. The cafe is beautiful, delicious and the cafe staff were lovely, but I would not stay here after being treated so poorly by the hotel staff. Disappointing as the property is beautiful.

This is an older style complex, that has been well looked after with a nice pool area and surrounds.

The rooms are an average size and are also a little dated, it's located away from the main highway so it's peaceful and quiet and only two blocks back from the beach.

Nice quiet hotel. Lovely pool, with nice cafe at Rudy's. Rooms good, with nice balcony overlooking pool. Little walk to main areas but not far at all. Lady on reception was very helpful and friendly.

Service was exceptional. Early check-in, and late check-out given at no extra charge. Bed comfortable. Pool just the right temperature. Spa. Close to beach. Loved our stay.
