I can't rate the room because I never got to see one.
Having booked and paid ONE YEAR IN ADVANCE, we arrived with a car full of groceries, ready to settle in for a weekend of Blues On Broadbeach.
Upon arrival I was informed they were fully booked.
After pulling out my receipt to prove I had booked AND PAID a year ago, I was brushed aside, "I'm going to be honest we're fully booked, so my hands are tied."
2 hours later, having demanded they assist in sourcing alternative accommodation we finally checked into a room - several blocks out of town, which completely defeated the purpose of booking in advance.
Having been promised "We'll sort something out for you in the future" they offered zero.
On Monday morning (we arrived on Friday) we were advised there was no availability for the following year.
Obviously no effort was made to arrange anything across the weekend.
No offer was extended for any future booking - at any time of year.
I've had dozens of booking errors travelling the world over the years and always found a resolution, as mistakes will happen.
Never have I experienced such complete disinterest in the customer experience.

On a brighter note, if you want (Ocean front) great customer service, massive rooms and fantastic facilities, I can highly recommend Ultiqa Beach Haven.

Just spent a week with my husband at this wonderful place. Was very impressed with the location. The view was fantastic. Where it is located it is very accessible to everything you need. And within walking distance.The kitchen was fully equipped with everything you need. I can't recommend this place enough. We would definitely stay again. Thank you!!

We have now stayed at Pacific Resort for 3 consecutive years for our summer beach holiday. The location is brilliant! A few minutes to walk to the Oasis shopping centre and a multitude of dining options on the main street. Patrolled beaches are through the park at the end of the street, as well as playgrounds within reasonable walking distance for young children.
Apartments are clean and functional, providing everything we need to live comfortably for our stay, complete with lovely views. The pool and spa are fantastic and a huge hit with the kids, as well as the half size tennis court.
Nathan in the office was great and very responsive to all our needs. We cant wait for our stay in 2024!

Great location and not so busy. Patrolled beach is just 3 min walking distance and Oasis shopping centre is at the next street. The room is amazing. Great for families or friends trip. The service is fantastic. We need to check in late and the instruction for self check in is really straightforward and easy to follow. Will definitely stay here again next time I am visiting GC 👍🏻

We stayed at pacific resort over Christmas after being recommended by a family member that stays there regularly. We could not fault this hidden gem at all! The location is everything you could want - a short stroll across the road to the beach, around the corner from the oasis shopping centre and a huge range of restaurants. The rooms were clean and the pool and spa were great. We will be back!

Second time staying at the Pacific Resort and we will be back for a third time. So clean, great appointed apartments, own secure carpark, fabulous location and stunning views! The boys that manage the apartments, are so friendly and welcoming!

Love love my 1min walk from the apartment to the beach to watch the sunrise whilst getting a beach walk in, then 1min walk back to Oasis shopping Centre for a fresh juice or brekky! Thanks again guys! X

Excellent location in the heart of Broadbeach. We initially booked for 1 week but loved it so much we booked for another 3 weeks. Amazing views of the beach, dedicated parking space and seconds from the Beach,Kurrawa Surf club, Oasis shopping centre and lots of bars and restaurants. Nathan, on reception extremely helpful both prior to arrival and during our stay. All in all a fantastic place to stay and would highly recommend it.
