- Early check-in. The first impression was amazing, starting from the greeting and check-in process.
- Amazing beds and linens, as always, make your sleep comfortable.
- The breakfast buffet offers a variety of international tastes. My mom found cacao and honeycomb, reminding her of Ukrainian joy food. I enjoyed congee, and my daughter loved the BBQ pork buns.
- Attention to details from basics—rounded corners on the furniture—everything for your comfort and safety.
- Plenty of essentials.

The hotel is very nice, located in a calm area and about 100 m from the beach. The photos correspond to what we found, good bed, good sofa for the third adult. The room may be a little small for more than 2 people, there is no space for a table where you can work or eat. There is a small kitchenette which is handy for a quick meal or a basic breakfast. The pool is nice and the service very pleasant. The parking lot is convenient and comfortable. There are no convenience stores very close, but walking about 20 minutes you will find solutions.

Went to a function . The staff were very friendly and helpful. The venue very spacious and the toilets clean. Loved the setting of the foyer and the staircase to the function.

Staff were all exceedingly friendly and helpful. All requests were dealt with quickly. Rooms were clean, as were all the amenities throughout the resort. Pool area is absolutely fantastic, as was the poolside service. Would highly recommend and will visit again!

Overall, my stay was satisfactory but not extraordinary. During my two-day business trip, I didn't have the opportunity to explore the area. However, the well-equipped gym was a highlight, allowing me to stick to my exercise routine without missing a day

I had stayed at all the MVCs in Asia and this is the last one that I stayed at. This MVC is situated within the JW Marriott unlike the other MVCs which are separate from the Marriott hotels. |The view I got from my room is gorgeous, overlooking Surfers Paradise - we never got tired of that view. |Facilities are shared with the JW - the swim pools are great for kids but we seldom spent any time at the pool since the beach itself was just minutes away. |Service was excellent. Daily cleaning service for our room. Kitchen was good with microwave and grill. |Highly recommended this MVC.

Excellent efficient service with a smile.
Facilities are superb.
Breakfast selection is comprehensive for all guest tastes.
Onsite guest swimming lagoon has tropical fish swimming freely around them ~ novelty.
Rooms are meticulously cleaned and comfortable as expected in a 5☆ hotel.
