The location is unbeatable right on the fringe of the mall, beach & the views are breathtaking with every room offering ocean views.
The restaurant is delicious & the staff again are amazing.

Best staff who couldn't do enough for us on our stay. Fantastic location based right on Cavill Mall which is close to.the best eateries, stores & public trams. So much to do & so little time to make sure we checked everything off our bucket list. We all loved & enjoyed both pools & spas. With the added bonus of cocktails & beers around the pool whilst we lazed our days away in the lounges. The pool with its infinity, looks like it is feeding direct into the ocean.
Being straight across the road to.the best beach in southern Queensland is just the best, we had a quick surf & boogie boards were used really well. Had the most wonderful night with amazing views of the New Year Fireworks & enjoyed all the good cheer & friendship of random strangers.
Our room was a 3 bedroom & it was very spacious with views on all 3 sides of Surfers. Everything was in the kitchen we needed & the ease of the washing machine & dryer made my life so easy. Loved my spa in my bathroom, with an amazing view & thoroughly waking up to the best sunrises I have ever seen.

Totally loved our stay this is our 2nd stay here & it always sets the bar for other places I have stayed which just don't have it all. Thanks Peppers Soul Surfers Paradise for a relaxing Christmas break & New Year celebrations...

I just wanted to take a moment to express my heartfelt appreciation for another outstanding stay at Peppers Soul. From the moment we arrived, it was clear why we've been returning for six years straight – the room was immaculate 2 bedroom ocean view, daily housekeeping, just as it always is in January, and the facilities were top-notch, from the stunning pool area to the well-equipped gym. One of my favorite touches is the seamless access to street level directly from the pool area – it's so convenient and unique.
This time, we had a minor issue during our stay, and I have to commend the exceptional service we received. When I reached out to reception, the resolution we came to not only met but exceeded my expectations. A huge shout-out to Mathew, the manager on shift that evening (22.1.2025, around 8:30 pm), for his professionalism and swift action in addressing our concerns. He was attentive and responsive, ensuring our comfort. I’d also like to recognize the lovely young lady at reception, who unfortunately I didn’t catch the name of, but she was equally warm and accommodating.
It's rare to encounter such genuinely outstanding, beyond-the-call-of-duty service these days, but Mathew and his team proved that Peppers Soul is still setting the standard for excellence. I can’t wait for our next visit – Peppers Soul truly feels like home!

Unfortunately the only 5 star things about this accommodation is the location and ocean views. The appartments (well ours) are needing some tender loving care and they seem to have some odour issues from the bathrooms. It’s okay for properties to become old and tired but as a 5 star rating you would think they would ensure to do others things to compensate, like ensure the cleaning standards are high, the quality of the towels and the bed linen are high, but unfortunately not the case. Even the pool bar and restaurant was open limited times.
We paid for the cleaning daily but I wouldn’t bother that’s not cleaning, that is making beds and throwing some towels in the bathroom. The overall cleaning standard of the apartment is very poor.
When I addressed this it was confirmed that that was the cleaning service its ‘light clean’, they don’t even sweep the floors.
We were so very disappointed having paid top dollar. I did try and address this issue while staying there and was told totally understand but unfortunately is what it is, when I said I came directly as I really don’t want to write a poor review I prefer to give the opportunity directly to address, she advised actually I would encourage you to put a review in, so that management can see and maybe if they see more of them they will start to do something about it.
Overall so disappointed, when you look up what gets accommodation a 5 star rating, unfortunately Peppers do not deliver them. Shame as the location and price is definitely 5 star.

Views from the Ocean view room were absolutely stunning! The room was also large and spacious, and was equipped with everything you'd need for medium to long stay.

The location of the hotel was also really great! 1 min walk to the beach, and another minute walk to heaps and heaps of restaurants, cafes, supermarkets and shops.

However, there remain areas of improvements which are as follows:

1. The shower water pressure in the room was absolutely horrible. Considering we were on the 26th floor of a 70+ storey building, I don't see why the water pressure would be so bad!

2. The level of cleanliness in the room - Although housekeeping did a daily "refresh", the room was not adequately cleaned. It still felt rather dirty and dusty in some areas.

3. The checkout time of 10am - We were rather shocked to hear that checkout time was at 10am, which makes no sense especially since the hotel's official check-in time for incoming guests is a 2pm. I don't understand why the hotel would need close to 4 hours to turnover a room for an incoming guest. On a side note it also means that a 1 night stay (In at 2pm and Out at 10am) is barely 24 hours!

I'd otherwise rate the hotel an 8/10 if you're willing to look past the 3 red-flags outlined above.

Great stay, fantastic location, very comfortable and quiet room, with spectacular views and outstanding facilities. Couldn't fault the rooms and we look forward to returning soon.|In the heart of surfers with plenty of great restaurants and lots of variety very close by. The beach is right across the esplanade and it all so convenient.|The only slight down side was the wait for a lift during busy periods.

We have stayed at Peppers Soul nearly every December since their opening. This year we decided to splurge & rent the 3 Bedroom Sub Penthouse. What a beautifully appointed apartment. So much space & storage. The master suite was huge & beautifully furnished. King size bed, 2 large ottomans, lounge area with a double sofa & coffee table and a chaise lounge. The ensuite consisted of a separate room with a freestanding bathtub and an amazing ocean view. Through double doors was the double shower, double vanity & toilet. Through another set of double doors was the huge walk in robe with abundant hanging space, shelves & drawers. There is a separate TV room with Japanese style sliding doors, a generously sized powder room, laundry, lounge room, huge kitchen, dining room, office area, 2 other bedrooms one of which was generously sized and a spacious main bathroom with toilet. There’s a main balcony with a dining table, sun lounge & an amazing view of the coastline. There is also a separate private balcony off the master suite & another long balcony off the two other bedrooms with a view of the Gold Coast night life & hinterland. |All in all an amazing apartment with plenty of room for 6 adults to live comfortably. Free secure parking for one vehicle. Everything you could want is within close walking distance - beaches, restaurants, cafes, bars, shopping, nightclubs etc

Would 100% recommend peppers soul Surfers Paradise to anyone. The location is amazing and so close to all the action. The buffet breakfast was delicious and the quality of food and service was fantastic. The room was cleaned regularly and I'd stay here again for sure!
