We spend to night there long weekend .What a disaster room was not very clean. My bed had broken slats with a dodgy it up with cardboard and that’s why I had to sleep at the foot end on the other side of the bed. Could not contact contact anyone as it was a long weekend..l would not stay there again as it’s very poor quality old furniture rooms with that clean one of the kitchen if you sat on it, it would fall. The dirt was all on the chairs. Not a very good visit. I would not recommend this place to anyone.This is an update 6/2/2024 We received a phone call from Seacrest today and they said they were sorry .But if we take our review down and put a good one on they would give us $50.00.Of course we said no a the review is for other people to read and decide if they want to stay there

Great location and the view is absolutely stunning. From our room can over look main beach directly. We checked in earlier than expected, the stuff was very helpful and room is fully clean and ready for check in. Definitely will come back again.

Just wanted to warn people, this place is a total dive. To advertise it as 4 star is misleading. It's 2 star at best and realistically they shouldn't be charging people more then $150 per night for what it is, even if had no issues. The whole place is totally run down. We moved hotels after one night and managed to get a refund, which wasn't a smooth process. A broken aircon flooded our room and the ceiling fans and lights in the bedrooms didn't work. We had to use folded towels as pillows because their wasn't enough pillows provided. Which, wasn't the best solution because not enough towels where provided either, and we also needed to use the towels/make-shift pillows on the flooded floors in the middle of the night from the broken aircon. The shower had used bars of soap in it from the previous guests. They didn't tell guests that one whole floor was under construction with Jack hammering all day. The walls were so thin, when I was in the bathroom, I sneezed, the guest next door said 'bless you', which was kind but weird. When we were moving hotels, another guest said part of their roof had caved in and had an emergency repair on it the night before. Its difficult to get hold of staff, because the desk is only manned for a small period of time and the number provided for assistance is mostly ignored. One night was laughable because of how ridiculous it all was but definitely couldn't stay there and a refund was needed. If you are down for a night of disaster and inconvenience - recommend. But if wanting somewhere nice, safe, comfortable and clean to stay - best find somewhere else 🙂

This hotel is in a great location, right across the road from the beach. Not too far to walk to restaurants. Esther and all the staff were very accommodating. The rooms are very spacious, the second bedroom had 2 queen size beds.
We had a wonderful time here.

Great location but the room and the building were not very clean and quite run down. Desk was often unattended . The website states that there is free parking, but there is only a limited number of parking spots available for guests and this was very disappointing. This information should be clarified at the time of booking

We stayed in Rm 4B 15th Oct 2024. Found cockroaches 🪳 in the rooms and beds! It’s an old place, did not enjoy the stay! Notified the management regarding the cockroaches- got reply after 24hrs. No AC in rooms… Fan’s Low and medium setting didn’t work for both rooms. Would not recommend to my friends and family.
The rooms are nothing like displayed in the photos. The carpets were old had funny smell!!! We definitely didn’t check the review and we had little time to book the rooms. It’s sad that they still continue to host such a place without any improvement after all those feedbacks.

Great location, right on the beach. However, it's OLD! the rooms are old the paint is missing and it's like a mismatch of old tiles and paint and a little new stuff that does not match. Imagine a room built in the last century mixed with some new tiles. You can hear every car and motorbike going past. It's hard to sleep because of the street noise. You can hear every V8 and motorbike doing a lap of the gold coast. The windows let every noise in.
Bottom line, you are right on the beach in a time capsual from the 1900's with ALL the noise from every car going past.

"I stayed at Seacrest in surfers paradise from 25/12/2024 to 01/01/2025 Unfortunately, the bed sheets were not changed during my stay, which was disappointing. There were also visible stains on the sheets, and the bathroom wasn't properly cleaned.the room had significant mold growth in the bathroom, particularly around the shower and ceiling. The swimming pool was also in a disgusting state . The pool area itself was dirty and uninviting
I would strongly recommend that the hotel prioritize cleaning and maintenance to ensure the health and safety of guests."
