We stayed 4 nights and highly recommend! Rooms were quiet with a balcony and great view, super clean. Tram stop right out the front for easy access to everywhere, short walk to the beach. The food was AMAZING at Relish and very reasonably priced. The freshly made omelette at the brekkie buffet was the best I've ever had. Lovely pool and spa area, would definitely stay again.

This is our second time coming back to this hotel. Every time, we are greeted with a very responsive and friendly staff. This time Antonella handled our booking very swiftly. A big plus point for me was when she noticed where we come from immediately just from seeing our passports. It made us feel really welcomed.

The rooms are always scenic, clean, and spacious. I can't decide which one I love best, the previous room with a jacuzzi or the king junior suite with the beach view.

Overall, this was another 10/10 experience.

We recently stayed here for 4 nights with the family and had a fantastic experience. The rooms were clean, spacious and perfect for a family stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed. The kids loved staying here while we all enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere. Overall, a great place for a family getaway – we’ll definitely be back!

Stayed over the weekend for my birthday. It was amazing!! Room was super clean. I received birthday goodies on both days we stayed there. We were out on a higher floor with a sea view it was such an amazing experience being able to see surfers paradise at night. Staff was so sweet and nice. We were checked in my Antonella and she was so kind to us, making sure our stay was more than we had ever expected it to be. Food was really good at the buffet and in the relish restaurant at dinner. 100% recommend staying here if you’re in the area and want some good relaxation time.

I have stayed many times at this property. Although the front desk staff were all super friendly and helpful and I truly appreciate the upgrade, the rest of the stay was not the same standard as previous times.

Room service Club sandwich was cold.

The signature Crown Plaza breakfast offering of make your own juice was replaced with Gluten free station, a toaster and plants.

No nuts on counter so now catering on minority.

Day 1 breakfast no omelette, only fried eggs. Plates were cleared while I was getting tomato sauce. This is just staff training to wait until the guest return to table and ask if they have finished with their plate. Staff engagement is also important not just efficiency in clearing what looks like a dirty plate.

I asked for chilly sauce or chilly flakes from table service staff and the first response was sorry we don’t have.

I called for wifi password and every extension I called rang out, including duty manager which went to his voicemail. All extension including room service and housekeeping also rang out. I had to go downstairs to get WiFi password because I was doing a zoom call.

Wonderful experience. Stayed on the 20th floor with 2 rooms for 7 nights. I must say, best experience ever! Our room got serviced almost every day. The beds were so soft and comfortable I slept like a baby. The only downside was that we had no soap for the entire trip and had to use our own. Other than that the relish restaurant downstairs has beautiful steaks, the pool is just amazing however I did find a poo at the bottom of the pool. Definitely off putting but the spa saved it all! The arcade was fun for the kids and the tennis was fun to play with family. Nice and close to the beach and altogether a fun holiday. Checking in to checking out was smooth sailing. Definitely will be coming back

We had an amazing stay with our family! The location is perfect- just 300 meters from the beach and close to great restaurants. The rooms were spacious, spotless and mattresses were comfortable. The heated pool and jacuzzi were a highlight for us and kitchen served fresh and delicious food. Reception staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful!

My girls and I loved everything about this place. The hotel and all amenities are beautiful, clean and great location. Food is great and staff are exceptional. A special thank you to Janine, such a truly beautiful person who took care of us throughout our stay and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable during our stay. Thank you! The manager Kunal was also such a great host and made sure we felt welcome and happy during our stay.
