One night stay for business. Room was absolutely beautiful. Fully self contained inc full size fridge. Shower had a beautiful rainfall shower head and I had views of both the beach and the canals. Centrally located with a bar / Cafe on premises. Staff were all lovely. Great place to stay on the golf coast. Thanks team

Our 7 night stay has been amazing..I always read reviews before booking accommodation. The Meriton had best reviews and did not disappoint. If like me cleanliness is key then you can't go wrong with Meriton. The proximity to everything is a bonus..great staff...always accommodate when needed extra towels, shampoo or anything else. Highly recommend you choose Meriton.

The Meriton Suites Surfers offers convenient amenities, such as a washing machine in the apartment, which is a great plus for longer stays. However, I was a bit disappointed as I had expected a direct ocean view, but instead, the view was only partial and sideways. The hotel is also quite busy, which gives it the feel of a large, crowded establishment rather than a more intimate retreat. While the location is good and the facilities are functional, it didn't quite live up to my expectations in terms of experience and atmosphere.

Had to wait almost 2 hours for housekeeping to bring clean towels. Rude staff who on the 3rd phone call, told me how busy they were. That may be true but that's not my problem. Use the $4000 that we've paid to hire adequate staff. Stains on the carpet, dirty cutlery, dirty bathroom. Not filthy but but acceptable for the price tag. The only positive thing is the view but that is all. Otherwise this is sub standard. The lifts are atrocious and slow. I wouldn't recommend these suites to couples. The rooms aren't cosy nor luxurious, even on the 74th floor. Business stays might be ok but definitely not romantic or a get away stay. You can definitely find nicer.

Exceptional quality accommodation, right on the beach. Pools are great, although gym is a bit small and sauna was cold when I went there early on a week day. Only complaint is that there is no complimentary room cleaning service (they do not clean your room during your stay), which I believe should be included for the premium price you pay to stay here. Despite this, staff are attentive and friendly and will bring you items if you phone them from your room.

This was an average place. There were a few good and bad spots about it. On the up side, the hotel and room looks really modern (which I like), it comes equipped with 2 big pools, with one indoor and one outdoor. Also, there are a lot of room that have an ocean view. Both pools have a warm, bubble area in them, both accessible with stairs. There is also a sauna and a gym in the hotel. On the down side, breakfast isn't included in the price. The staff were friendly. This hotel isn't my go-to place but it is considerable. It is also a 10 minute walk to Wendy's, Guzman y Gomez and Hungry Jack's (which are near each other) and a 10 minute walk to Coles and Woolworths. It is a 3 minute walk to Cypress Avenue Tram Stop.

We stayed in the Sky Penthouse on the 74th floor, and the view of the endless ocean was absolutely stunning! Since it was so high up, my ears would hurt from the pressure every time I took the elevator.

The hotel has both indoor and outdoor pools. At night, it got pretty chilly outside, so the indoor pool was more popular. Housekeeping didn’t come during our stay, we just called to request fresh towels.

The suite had 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a well-equipped kitchen with plenty of dishes. It was also super convenient for getting around—the tram station was really close, and Surfers Paradise was only about a 10-minute walk away.

Stayed recently for 1 week. Location on the beach was great and less than 10 min walk to cavil. Room was very small for our family of 4. Would better suit 2 guests. Has 3 pools but not large enough to accommodate all guests from 70 plus floors. Was an ok stay. I don't think I would book again at this hotel. Better options available in Surfers.
