Booked an apartment via stayz. The location was amazing. You can go between towers to get to different parts of the town. There's also multiple pools and gyms etc. so it's perfect for families. The only downside was I found the reception to be quite rude and not very helpful. They do not have enough bag trolleys so either pack light or expect to do many trips up and down to the car park.

We stayed up on the 10th floor, and boy what a view. The unit was exceptional, with comfortable beds, and a well equipped kitchen. The shower pressure was great, and carpets clean and soft underfoot.
Luxurious and comfortable.
We could watch the parties at Cali Beach from our balcony eating dinner in the evening, and feel the vibrancy of Surfers without even stepping onto the street.
What a lively place to stay!
The swimming pool and bridge area were enchanting, and there plenty of deckchairs, snd it was great to also be able to lie on the grass if you wanted to.

I gave this an overall 4 as the amenities and location was awesome. We booked 7 nights, 3 bed apartment. It was nice and clean and spacious. However the bed was rock hard. We woke up with sore hips every morning which doesn’t help with the busy days being a tourist. We asked for a mattress topper but they said they could only give us a blanket.
Also was hard at times to find a car park but we always eventually did.
I would go again but ask for a refurbished apartment with a soft mattress. We were in tower 1 26th floor

Stayed here many times. Although looking bit old now you can't beat this hotel resort for a family adventure. The pool is the best in Surfers Paradise as it caters for adults and children. Location is perfect with a shopping centre connected to it. Great price per room aswell. Would definitely stay here again.

A good stay. Rooms are well kept but the place looks like it could use a refresh. Some items like frying pan and batteries in remote controls (2) were missing or depleted. Minor stuff, just shows rooms could probably use a quality review every so often. The room itself had good views and is in a great location for Surfers.

Very beautiful place nice and relaxing beautiful view love how we can just walk to the pool/spa just in a few minutes easy shopping walking around. Loved every bit if it.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Superb views and so close to everything. Great variety of restaurants etc nearby. Only two things could be improved. Wish you could buy a coffee somewhere in the building. Also too much chlorine in the heated pool.
