HFantastic Family-Friendly Stay!

I recently stayed at the Imperial Hotel in Gold Coast and had an amazing experience. The location is perfect—right next to Sea World and just a 10-minute drive from Surfers Paradise. It’s incredibly convenient for exploring the area.

The breakfast was absolutely delicious and had a huge variety of options to choose from. The outdoor pool with its little sandy area was a hit, especially for families with kids. It felt like a mini beach getaway! On weekends, the lobby had live piano performances, which added a lovely touch to the atmosphere.

The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable, making our stay even more enjoyable. Plus, parking was hassle-free, which is always a bonus.

Overall, the Imperial Hotel is a great choice for families or anyone looking for a relaxing and convenient stay in Gold Coast. Highly recommend!

This place is truly amazing and is the perfect choice for a family vacation during holidays. Every morning, the freshly-made desserts and the wide variety of breakfast options are simply delightful. The service provided by the staff is excellent. Additionally, the piano performances held in the lobby every Friday evening create a romantic atmosphere, making it an ideal spot for couples to enjoy a date. There’s also a pool and a beach, perfect for relaxing in the sun and playing in the sand, which kids absolutely love. I will definitely bring my family here for another vacation in the future.

Staying at this hotel was really great! I got to see a wedding while I was there, and it was so much fun. The celebration was super lively and fancy. There were even two Rolls-Royces in the lobby, which made everything feel extra special. I spent a whole week here, and I had a fantastic time. The rooms were cozy, and the restaurant staff were super friendly. The morning coffee was really good too. I’d definitely come back if I get the chance!

Nice place but needs refurb. Service was good. Food at restaurant not worth the price. Breakfast quite good. Luxury escapes deal really good value. Use credit for afternoon teas/drinks rather than at restaurant. Easy parking. Overall enjoyed our stay.

The room is incredible and the decor is stunning. The breakfast was very, very good, and the pool area is cool though didn't get as much access to sun throughout the day as I might have expected. The staff are attentive though the cleaning staff failed to make our bed after our first night which is a bit annoying. Also a bit out the way now that broad beach is more the place to be, but also means it isn't crawling with people at night so pros and cons! Would go again.

My husband and I have stayed at some really beautiful hotels/resorts in Australia and overseas. The Imperial hotel is definitely one of our favourites. Quite location, beautiful decor, and the most friendly staff. Dylan's cocktail skills, 'not on the menu' he deserves a pay rise

I recently stayed at Imperial Hotel, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. Despite being an older hotel, the staff were incredibly attentive and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived.|The public spaces, such as the lobby, are beautifully maintained. And one of the highlights of my stay was the breakfast buffet – it was simply outstanding. The variety of options, the quality of the food, and the friendly service made it a great start to my day.

We had an amazing 3 night stay at the Imperial Hotel. The room was extremely comfortable and well decorated. It was clean on arrival and we were impressed with how well the cleaners kept it looking great throughout our stay. We liked that the room was cleaned promptly after we put out the “Clean my room” sign each day. We loved the buffet breakfast each morning. It even had great gluten free options. Dining at the restaurant for dinner was also excellent. All staff were friendly and helpful. We thoroughly recommend the hotel. We will return!
