I've given this place the benefit of the doubt a few times now. Three times in a row now, my order hasn't been right. Toasted banana bread has been served cold and the breaky burger was absolutely swimming in sauce to the point where it's not edible. Don't bother with this place.

Absolutely love coffee club at any location except for this one. Walked in and already had a bad impression. Most of the empty tables had crumbs and rubbish on them, chairs were stained and there was spilled coffee stained into a table. Waitress was standing around doing nothing when she could’ve been cleaning, chef looked like he was pulled out of his tent in an alley way and the food was awful. Got some hot chips and a brekkie burger and they were both basically ashes with how burnt they were. The rubbish on the outdoor tables had been there the whole time we were and a bird came and took it and ate it. The food was also left on the shelf for ages and turned cold. 0/10 do not recommend.

Every time I go here, the food is fine and the coffee is good, the wait time can sometimes take ages, but the toilets are absolutely repulsive. Every single time I’m there, and I go there often because it’s right near my work, there is diarrhoea splattered all over the toilets, both toilets, not just one, always both. Literally every single time I come and it is so disgusting. These toilets need to be kept better, even if you have to hire professional cleaners. I’m actually concerned that diseases will spread here because of the filth.

After very long time back to coffee club and it’s a bang ,wow the flat grill I had was fantastic and the girl who served Ms bella was very pleasing and serving with a smile to make my day better.keep up the good work team
Sorry missed taking a photo of a food later realised most of us review only when it happens bad experience but I thought it’s time to put review every time we have good food too

They have really improved in all areas. The staff were friendly and amazing, the food was delicious and in large proportions and the beverages were the best we have ever had. They even congratulated us on our wedding anniversary as we were celebrating it there.

No wonder this place is rated a 3.3.
Been eating at multiple Coffee Clubs now for years. Since when do they charge an extra $2.20 to add aioli to a toasted sandwich? Every time I have been to a venue it’s been the same price even that one I’ve been to about 5 times never been a thing.
The ladies attitude was disgraceful who served me - sorry but is it that hard to show some actual decent customer service.

Then the meal came out on a plate after asking for it to be takeaway. Then I get home and they didn’t even put the aioli on the sandwich yet instead a small container.

Seriously Coffee Club. Do better. Much better. I was the only person in there at the time ( insert head in hand face emoji right here )

Always such lovely service. I go here very regularly after training at KDV and the staff are always so friendly and go out of their way make sure that everything enjoyable and yummy.

Great service, but the coffee and cabinet ciabatta were so bad we couldn't finish them. I've never tasted coffee so bitter and feral in my life
