We had an amazing experience at SOAK Bathhouse in Broadbeach. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by the warm and welcoming staff who took the time to explain the process and make us feel completely comfortable. The baths were perfectly tempered, creating the ideal environment for relaxation. By the end of our session, we felt both deeply relaxed and wonderfully refreshed. I did a night time experience and it was really serene with the pool lights. It can get crowded in the smaller heated pools and I was bothered by the loud conversations from groups of people, it can really ruin your peace and quiet.
Overall, the facilities were awesome and the area was very clean! The towels are soft and fluffy!

What a beautiful experience. I will definitely be back when I visit Brisbane again. The staff were lovely, everything was clean, there was relaxing music playing and all of the different facilities were wonderful. I left feeling very zen 🧘‍♀️ Thank you!

I enjoyed Soak Bathhouse early in the morning and it was a great way to start the day. The tropical landscaping really made it feel like I was on holidays… other guests were chill and respectful of the space. The cool plunge is definitely freezing…but worth the shock.

Such a lovely experience. Went for a friends birthday and we left feeling so relaxed. The sip package was nice, it gets you 1 drink and a small packaged snack. They have complimentary still or sparkling water on tap. The person who served us at the counter, Brittany was a so nice and gave exceptional service. Would definitely come back.

We had an absolutely fabulous time. Trying out the different spa temperatures in order of recommendation, followed by the hot sauna and steam room.
I loved how there were different herbal teas to try out and at your own choosing, while being able to drink these while chilling out in the spas and pool area.
The atmosphere was serene and a chilled vibe. I was impressed on how clean and hygienic Soak bathhouse was kept. We will definitely be back.

Absolutely perfect… from the moment we arrived we were greeted in a very welcoming manner and made to feel comfortable. Pools were so relaxing, cold plunge was fun, sauna snd steam relaxing. Everything was so clean and well maintained due to the amazing staff!! Highly recommend to everyone…
