The owners/managers of this property are exceptional! We arrived way earlier than anticipated for check in, and exhausted from a late excursion & flight. They got us in immediately to our rooms without hesitation. We weren't even charged a fee for it. They were very nice & accommodating. The room was spacious & I loved the breakfast box in our fridge ready at any time.

Visiting family in Wynnum/Manly for Christmas this is our third stay here it’s located in convenient area close to just about everything. Rooms are large and well maintained and pool area fantastic. Great for couples and families. Boxed breakfast gets the day started well.

What a gem of a place! We are on a "road trip' from the UK and this was one of our stop off points in order to look around Brisbane. The hosts are welcoming and knowledgeable people who clearly run a well organised property. Our room/chalet is large, impeccably clean and has everything for a few nights stay. There is a seating area, small kitchen with fridge, kettle, iron & ironing board. Tea, coffee, milk and water are provided daily along with a "breakfast box" which contains cereals. milk, juice and a protein bar - very welcome start to the day and no need to go out of the room to get breakfast. The large bathroom has a large shower, body wash / shampoo and hand wash are provided. The towels are thick and fluffy. There are a array of shops and eateries within walking distance. No negative points at all and highly recommended!

First time at the Shangri-La. Fantastic experience, very comfortable bed, extremely clean large rooms. Very quiet and close to shopping Centre, food outlets and amenities. I would highly recommend staying at this motel.

As I had some activity to attend in Wynnum, the Shangri la Gardens seem to be optimal choice for overnight in the location. I was not disappointed. Nice rooms, pleasant staff, convenient location close to the Wynnum Plaza.

Thanks so much for having a clean air conditioner. I always check the aircon in any hotel I stay in. So many other hotels have aircons that have such filthy mold covered aircon vents, no one wants to breathe that in. Thank you for having a clean air conditioner in our room.

Truly excellent accommodation and service. Extremely accommodating from the booking to arrival and checkout.
Rooms are beautifully presented and spotless. The king size bed was huge and provided the best night's sleep ... and the pillows - WOW.
Will definitely choose to stay here again!
