The experience was good. The children's play area was an attraction, though it cost $10 each. Customer service was good, though, after a couple of hours, they kept on coming to ask if we needed to order more food and drinks and if we wanted to pay. Our group had 6 adults and 5 kids, and we bought entrees, main meals, drinks, and desserts. The kids were curious about why the waiters kept coming over and asked the same questions!

See, we are here again tonight. My families love the food and atmosphere here.
Joge (hopefully I spell his name right) gave great service and smiles every time we are here. we didn't have a reservation today but he served us and explained everything well while we were sitting outside of the Dine restaurant near the bar.
great hospitality in a busy dining site needs to be recognised and he needs a reward for his service mate!

The renovations are absolutely fantastic, however, this is our second visit to the restaurant and the service is really slow. We waited 15 minutes for someone to attend to us and ultimately I had to chase someone to even take our drinks order. Once the order was taken the service was fast. Now we know why the cafeteria is so packed because the level of service is much higher and consistent. More supervision of staff to identify gaps would help.

Was lovely, immaculate service, food, drinks and atmosphere. Prices were very fair for the quality of service, food/portions and taste. This place was highly recommended to me and I strongly recommend it to anyone considering giving it a go. place was packed on a Tuesday night from 6pm but we didn't wait to order or receive anything, everything came so efficiently, the staff seemed to function like a flawless team even while slammed.

I forgot to take photos of the entries but everything was better than it looked and it all looked so good. Those ribs were perfection in every bite

The place is for sure beautiful and brand new.
But the restaurant is only average pub food, the girl that served me at the bar was rude and I didn’t see a single smile from her. My cocktails were not the best but alright, it’s not a cocktail bar. The rest of the staff was nice and the service was fast considering how busy the place was.

Came in last week while on holiday in Brisbane. We were served at the bar by the lovely Jo- she was so friendly and sweet, and really wanted to make sure we had a good night. Wonderful experience overall!

Great family friendly place reasonably priced and good sized meals didn't take forever even though the place was fully booked out. Iwas very happy with the whole experience - we went for my brother's 18th birthday 40 people
