Marissa's salon is everything the heart wants when you're getting pampered. She loves what she does, she loves her clients and brings the most beautiful energy to her treatments and services. I had been to a few lash techs before Riss, but none had ever been so committed to making sure I was 100% satisfied with my treatments plus the added bonus of her last extensions being so soft and light they feel like my own lashes!! I am very sensitive with lash extensions and will pick them off if I feel them. Despite my difficulty as a client, Marissa never makes me feel uncomfortable for speaking up and always makes sure I'm leaving her salon happy and comfortable with my treatment. I have been going to Marissa for over a year now. Due to allergies to lash glue, I can’t get lash extensions but she tried her little heart out to source glue that I could use but unfortunately I still had allergies. No fault of hers, just some people can have an allergy to lash glue unfortunately but she went above and beyond to try and help me. However, I now get my lashes lifted instead, they are always amazing and I love them every time and lasts for 2-3 months! She is professional, always a great time during my appointment and she is an absolute perfectionist with my lashes and my eyebrows! Highly recommend!

I was at Cashmere Lashroom for my second visit over the weekend. Marissa is so professional and so detailed with everything she does. I took my mum along for a few of the treatments including a lash lift, hybrid brows and a facial and my gosh my mum was feeling like a Queen and looked absolutely glowing once she was done.
I received the dermaplanning package and hybrid brows and absolutely love love love both treatments. My face was literally feeling smoother than I had ever felt it and my brows were just amazing. I told Marissa what I like in a good brow and she delivered on it. The shape and the colour of them are perfection. I have already had so many compliments ❤️❤️
