Had a wonderful spa treatment at Bulimba, the robe and slippers were a nice touch and the hot shower between treatments was wonderful . I left feeling incredibly relaxed.

The reservation system is terrible.
( bulimba ) They gave me an appointment over the phone, but when I arrived, they told me I only had one hour and couldn’t choose the massage I wanted. They also asked me to pay if I wanted to cancel. It was frustrating! I wanted a 90-minute massage for my birthday as a gift to myself, something I had been looking forward to for a long time. They could have informed me on the phone that only one hour was available, but they didn’t. On top of that, they wasted some of my booking time, and I ended up getting just a back and shoulder massage for $150.

I got a gift card from my friend for my birthday a month ago. And then finally I got here today. It is very neat here. They also provide personal lockers for guests, and clean robes and slippers are provided. From this point on, I felt welcomed. And I forgot her name but I guess ailee (?) something like it. She was so amazing. She took care of me from the first moment to the end of my massage, I got the best service from her. I'm sure I'll be back sooon. Thank you so much guys🙏♥️
