I was very disappointed of this place! We ordered two people 75-minute massage + 45-minute rock bath today. It was our fault for being late due to complicated parking issue, and we also call them before. but the main reason was that we were not informed that the massage time would be reduced due to being late.
After the massage, we found that the massage time was not correct we only got 50mins, after we asked, then got a reply. No any explanation.

Such an amazing experience! The salt sanctuary was so different, peaceful surroundings and just the right temperature to release the built up toxins. Followed by a massage that was firm yet gentle and really worked on releasing the body. To end with the facial meant my skin felt plump, dewy and glowing! I felt like I was floating out of the experience!

Good massage in a 5 stars hotel. The place is clean, quite and relaxing at 21st floor of Emporium hotel just next to train station South Bank- touristic area. The massage itself was good but not exceptional. The place is small and the price is more expensive than normal massage shops for similar quality. I would say you go there for the ambiance, you have your own room, even though it's small but without street noise or other customers. The music was relaxing, however, there was a fan or type or machine just next to massage bed which is a bit noisy for me.
The Ganbanyoku is a dry Japaneae sauna, hot room to relax, i felt asleep inside, a new experience. Interesting. However, if you just want to try it, they have other shop in Paddington with similar services but much cheaper due to location probably.
It's nice to enjoy the complementary soft drink or a bit extra for alcolho drink in the rooftop terrace bar in front of the spa, part of Emporium hotel.

No a bad choice!they provide a comfortable healing stone!

Due to the narrow space, the locker room is relatively small, and the locker is relatively small. If you carry a large bag, it will take you some time to arrange the space in the locker,and bathroom is outside of shop.

My husband and I had a great experience at The Healing Stone. We went twice during our stay at the hotel and both times were lovely. The staff are so incredibly kind and accommodating!

Staff were kind however for the establishment they are based in and the pricing it falls FAR short. You are given random slip ons that are shared between clients. No toilets within the spa which means you are having to use toilets in the hallway with all other hotel patrens despite being in a spa gown. The massage was not good quality and I kept getting pinched despite making the masseuse aware of this. It wasn't intentional but more due to poor technique. Put your money to better use at endota or Stephanies.

My husband and I stayed at the Emporium as a part of the Mater Moments programme and had a wonderful stay. One of the highlights was a one hour remedial massage at The Healing Stone. They tailored the massage to suit my swollen ginormous feet and ankles, to help with fluid reduction, and a beautiful arm/shoulders/neck massage for some relaxation too. It was pure heaven!
