Have visited this branch of Zarraffas a few times. There's a drive through option if needed, but we always sit in the cafe area either outside under cover or in the air-conditioned area depending on the weather. Coffee is best ordered with a double shot in the short size for good strength otherwise is very weak. Service is usually pretty quick.

Rude! I am an avid Zarraffas customer and a lover of the Zarraffas thermo cold cups (have about 10 of them! Hehe) Twice now this store has told me off for asking to them to rinse out my thermo mug cos I had some soft drink in it. The only zarraffas store in Australia to tell me this and not Zarraffas policy. Previously i had the pleasure of witnessing the store owner berating one of her staff for not doing her payroll properly at the front counter whilst she was trying to make my drink also. My cup is washed everyday and each time had some Pepsi in it for my morning ride before arriving at Zarraffas. First one was the arrogant rude manager at this store in drive thru, this time was a young girl the manager has already tainted with her rudeness. Avoid this store if you can and head to a nearby zarraffas. The ones at Victoria point and off the highway at Logan are always lovely and happy to rinse the reusable cup for you in can't heaven forbid you decide to have some cold soft drink in it between Zarraffas stores. Such a shame cos this one is quite convenient for me to stop at. My cup is never "dirty" but again told will not be accepted next time due to them taking food health and safety very seriously. Shame on you zarraffas Cornubia for tainting the Zarraffas brand with your frustrating attitude. 😔 Would completely understand if the mug was actually dirty or had old milk as that would irresponsible of them, way to go ruining my mood this morning, I come to zarraffas for a perk up and to make me happier about the day ahead, this store manager and owner should be ashamed of their attitude towards loyal customers and get out of the service industry, or at least get out of the store so your customers only have to deal with most of the lovely girls there who don't enforce blanket poor service making their customers and staff feel yuk! Maybe one day a decent owner/manager will take over this store but until then, prepare to be made to feel dirty for the trouble of supporting their business. In future will inconvenience myself to go by a not so close store as this is not an isolated event, many issues at this store with the service from some 😔Awaiting the store managers reply to my very factual and honest review of their pathetic service 🤣 probably best not to reply though, either get a better attitude orove onto a business where you don't deal with people perhaps 🥰 Still a Zarraffas lover, just not this one!

Honestly, for a massive restaurant chain you would expect better customer service and care when raising a complaint. DO NOT eat here if you’re pregnant and learn who you’re investing your money into (a company that doesn’t care about you, your wellbeing or feedback) go take the extra 2 minutes to jump out of your car and buy a nice coffee or food from local cafes. Dont tell me to complete an online complaint form either; already done this 2 WEEKS AGO, it’s just your way of fobbing off unhappy customers.

I came with my family to grab a coffee and something to eat in the morning. When we were greeted by a really unfriendly staff member, Georgia, who was working the front counter. She was so unpleasant and seemed so unhappy to be working there and serving the customers. When my mother asked if she could please get her tea warmed up a little more, Georgia refused. She then proceeded to go to the back area where she gossiped and laughed about the request made. Georgia needs some training in customer service. My mother left really unhappy with the product she bought from you guys and the service she was given.

Someone needs to open another Zarraffas nearby because this one is ALWAYS sooo busy, drive through line up and wait is ages. Good coffee though!

I'm not a cafe frequenter, so I do have high expectations for the odd cafe visit: I love atmosphere and the experience. The staff were polite and greeted me while I waited at the counter, but the cafe has no real personal touch - no table service, no name taken for matching to an order, takeaway cups were used for dining in. Also, a small internal sitting area and air con wasn't very strong. Otherwise, my soy latte was fine, short wait time, and I did have a pleasant quiet hour working in the corner escaping the humidity.

You know when you go to a place and it’s bad, then you pass by at a later date and think “maybe I’ll give it a second thought” only to regret it immediately?! Yeah that’s this place! Don’t make the same mistake as I did… really poor service!

-first experience: no one at the counter at first, once I was served, I was rushed through my order with an attitude only to be treated with that gross burnt taste coffee has when it’s been make poorly.

-second experience: Again, no-one at the counter to be served by (they have a bell on the counter which I don’t like to use, purely because I feel rude doing this…) they were all out the back laughing (good on them for having a good time at work, I’m all for that!) but when I said “hellloooo” in that high pitched voice you do when you’re trying to be polite, they stopped laughing went quiet and then continued to laugh and go about their day. Had they thought someone was in the shop maybe check?! A lady walked in after me and she said “do they know that we’re here?!” I replied “I just yelled out but who knows…” she rang the bell and eventually someone came to see us. Again, I was greeted with piss poor service and then was handed a burnt roll, I was given attitude because I asked for another.

Keep driving the extra mile and spend your money at the next one I say.

Not one to leave a bad review but at quick glance it seems I’m not the only one leaving this kind on feedback.
