Know Idea (Cant)

Nice rooms but the so called new management are creepy going into rooms with please do not disturb! The female manager stalks people and crepes around listening and hiding to try catch people out for some reason? The breakfast is terrible mould in the rooms as no air flow
They are very noisy in the mornings before 8am
We stayed again this January and the fill in managers are much nicer easy going and polite?
Maybe the original managers could take a leaf out of there book but I doubt it

I had no problems here and they made it very easy for me to book in an emergency situation where I had nowhere to go that night. Even though their office was already closed. I really appreciated the time and effort they took to make sure I was catered to. And I feel they did a great job getting the place ready to be clean. The pool was nice and well maintained, and the showers were hot and the spa baths worked. Their customer service was also very appreciated.

We made a last minute booking on our way up to Rainbow Beach. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, and the room was comfortable and clean! Thank you so much for making everything so easy!

Lovely clean stocked up rooms, beds comfortable. Awesome staff and management. Very friendly and welcoming.. absolutely beautiful natured management. Nothing is a worry with them. You need them they are there. Beautiful place to stay. Christmas lights too really nice and Christmassy..

We had group bookings for my wedding booked a year in advance. Total of 7 rooms booked. Terrible experience with staff. They cancelled rooms without our knowledge “to make you call us”, told my sister who needed a room for her family that the room only sleeps 4 when it was advertised as sleeping 5 and asked “what are you going to do about it?”. Also complained to my sister they didn’t know what they were going to do with the family that live there permanently as we’ve booked so many rooms. So we cancelled all our bookings with them and have gone elsewhere where they are going above and beyond to make sure our very short stay is special for the wedding night.

Puffers Inn you should be appalled!

My experience at Puffers Inn has been awesome. Staff are 100% and the rooms are comfortable and value for money. A must if you choose Puffers is the pool and heated spa. A lovely BBQ area with all cooking needs supplied. Any problems the management is straight on it. The rooms are serviced regularly by professional staff. Family friendly and no b/s tolerated. My children felt safe and enjoyed every minute. Thank you guys for an awesome stay and we will definitely stay with you again. 10☆.

Fantastic rooms, the King room is a favourite and I enjoy relaxing in the jacuzzi in the pool area. It is super close to the hyperdome for some shopping which is a plus. Thank you for the staff that kept the room nice and clean and providing fresh towels and coffee. Also a big thank you to management for making me feel very welcomed.

Regardless of it being next to a highway, I have enjoyed every minute of my stay here. It has been a great experience for myself. I will definitely be coming here again. Staff are amazing very friendly constantly on top of everything they have not let me down at all.
