Lovely service. Felt very relaxed and pampered by Tomoko during my massage and facial. I Was made to feel very special. Lovely decor and many fresh flowers and leaves was a nice touch. Highly recommend.

Wife and I enjoyed a lovely Signature Thai Detox Massage. The store had a really good atmosphere with great decor and lighting. We were so happy we booked a deluxe spa peticure the next day which left our feet really nice and fresh, with a massage that really we both really enjoyed. Both massages really worked out a lot of knots and got the pressure just right.

The owner is really nice and we had a nice conversation and was also provided tea afterwards.

Out of the many massage places we passed in Cairns this was by far the best.

Palm is the best person and gives the absolute BEST everything! She took such good care of me and my massage took all my aches and pains away. My facial left my skin glowing and I felt younger and fresh. You can feel the experience and passion in their work. If you are ever in the tropics and need some TLC Natural PalmDay Spa is the only place you need to look. Thanks Palm! I will be back!

World-class treatments! I come back regularly for my 90 min signature detox massage, and I walk out a new person each time. It's the attention to details, personal care and their experience to find each area of my body that needs attention. Full reset of my body, mind and soul.

They hold nothing back. Your treatment includes beautiful atmosphere, large towels, amazing aroma oils, warm wet towels, cooling body balm, facial essential oil spray, singing bowl, herbal tea, music and a waterfall feature sending relaxing sounds into your room.

I've tried most Cairns massage places, but always come back to Natural Palm Day Spa.

Palm is absolutely spectacular. She is magical with her hands. The package was dreamy and from the moment it started, everything was so seamless and unbelievably relaxing. The quality of the treatments were 5 star and the massage was the best ive ever had!! I left there feeling like a new woman. Definitely coming back 10/10!!

I shared a special occasion with my granddaughter this afternoon as we both had a facial at Natural Palm Day Spa. The facials were amazing with beautiful products used. The setting of the Day Spa is very serene & the therapists very caring & professional. It was a very relaxing & soothing experience for us both.
