We recently had our wedding at Austinvilla Estate, we had a big group, almost 130 people and lots of interstate family that stayed the night. I believe the accommodation was pretty much at capacity.
I truly cannot thank the team and staff enough, our coordinator Deb was just so caring and amazing and I honestly don't think if would have been as perfect and as seamless experience if not for her. She made everything so easy, helped through every step of the way and went above and beyond, she understood our vision as well as what mattered the most to us. Having her there on the day and before was such a stress relief for me as a bride because I could just trust that everything would be done just as if I was doing it myself. There is no problem that Deb doesn't have a solution for and for that I will be always grateful!
The wedding venue is just magical, we fell in love with it from the first moment we stepped in and every time we went back felt exactly the same. If you want a place that's surrounded by greenery and yet has that elegant look, this is the place for you. Plenty of space and different rooms and areas to take lovely photos in, picturesque doesn't even begin to describe it.
Tara was our go to person with everything accommodation related and she made it so easy! She always got back to us so quickly and had a happy and positive can-do attitude, it was a pleasure to deal and talk to her. From the feedback that I had from our friends and family that stayed there, she made everything so easy. I cannot thank enough the staff that worked so hard to put together my centrepieces and all the decorations and it was really great to hear that they loved our Harry Potter theme too haha!
All in all, we have no regrets about choosing Austinvilla for our wedding venue, just wanted to say a thank you and a special mention to the 2 ladies that went above and beyond!

Austinvilla Estate went above and beyond to make our vision come true. The compliments we received from our family about the venue, its hospitality, and food were all thanks to the incredible efforts of the company. The staff even mentioned how amazing our family was and shared in our joy, shedding a few happy tears with us as we embarked on this new journey together. Our fur baby was able to be involved, and the kids are already asking when we can come back for our 12-month anniversary.

Austinvilla Estate exceeded our expectations and made the entire experience calm and stress-free for me, as all I had to do was turn up. Thank you to those I got to meet personally: Shannon, Tara, Deb, Tracey, and all the staff, especially the bar staff who handled my party family with grace and humour.

The accommodation was exceptional, clean, and modern. We were able to fit all our guests who opted to stay on-site, and Tara was incredibly helpful in guiding family members through their booking enquiries. The recommendations for suppliers were of the highest standards, making the day seamless as everyone knew how each supplier worked and communicated accordingly.

When I say I turned up and didn’t lift a finger, that is the absolute truth. Every inch of the itinerary was organised to perfection. Thank you, Austinvilla Estate, for making our day unforgettable.

Our entire experience with Austinvilla was incredible. If you're looking for a team that absolutely 100% GETS weddings and gets what it means to plan a day or event like that then you need look no further than the team at Austinvilla. The fact that Austinvilla is a one stop shop for your entire wedding day from ceremony to reception including food and drink as well as accommodation for your guests was the biggest draw for us and we were never once disappointed with our choice of venue. It was my beautiful bride's dream destination and from the second we stepped foot on property for our first viewing I couldn't disagree with her. We could not have imagined a more perfect setting for our wedding day and your support and preparation and willingness to go along with our non-traditional way of doing things was so greatly appreciated.
We would like to specifically thank and call out both Deb and Shannon. From the second we arrived on Friday and checked in with Shannon about the decor and set up, she instantly showed us she had things handled. Nothing was too big or too small for Shannon to take on and her spirit and energy erased any remaining stress we had. She carried this energy and amazing attitude right through Saturday and made Lauren feel so at ease and taken care of the whole day while also keeping Reagan and the boys completely in check and was always available to us to help or take on any task. Deb. We don't even know what to say or where to begin. Deb, you are a superstar, superwoman extraordinaire. Your energy, attitude, and vibe throughout the day and night where beyond what we could have asked for. You made everything so simple, so easy and smooth. We felt so taken care of and looked after and cannot express our gratitude to and for you more.
To all other staff at Austinvilla, from the caretakers to the wait staff and in between, our wedding day was absolutely marvellous and we owe that 100% to the fantastic work of all the staff involved in our day. Your efforts did not go unnoticed and you are all superstars so thank you...

Even though I had to get out and push the golf cart on my wedding day it was still a 5 star experience.

From the second we visit the venue for the first time, we knew we wanted to get married here. The staff have been amazing through the entire planning process. Deb was wonderful and we were so glad to have her there with us on the day! She thinks of absolutely everything, we cannot thank her enough. We got married at Austinvilla Estate in August 2022 and the venue, staff, kitchen and accommodation far exceeded ALL expectations - our wedding day was perfect. All 79 of our guests have raved about the day, the food, the happy, helpful staff and the picturesque venue. Thank you so much Tracey and Team for all of your efforts in making sure our day went off without a hitch and for keeping everyone so comfortable and happy. Five stars is not enough - 100/5.

Austinvilla Estate was hands down the most wonderful venue for our wedding. It was the first and only venue we toured! We knew from the moment we saw it that we wanted to get married on those beautiful grounds. Not only is the property absolutely beautiful, but the staff are what made it incredibly special. From our meetings with the fabulous coordinators to all of my silly questions nothing was ever a bother for them and they truly helped us so much throughout the process. Our guests were so impressed with the staff. We had a few guests attending post-surgery or heavily pregnant and the team took such wonderful care of them. Lauren, our absolute superstar of a coordinator, thank you so much for everything! Our day ran so smoothly because of you. Thanks for bringing the energy, dancing and singing with us during our photos!
