We found the location suited us perfectly. The room was lovely and high enough that street noise was minimal.
The bed was very comfortable, but the pillows were a bit too hard, for my liking.

As a family of four we had a magnificent stay at Sebel. The one bedroom apartment is modern, spacious and spotless. The hotel is so silent with great blinds, we all had a wonderful sleep which is not always the case on a hotel. The staff was super nice and both check in and check out were easy. The location is top, right by river and close to restaurants and museums. Will definitely stay here again! Thanks for the wonderful stay

The room was great; view was very nice. Perfect location. Pool was really good and their sauna was arguably one of the best saunas that I have personally ever used: 10/10.

I just stayed the 1 night here and it did the job. It was nice to get upgraded to a 1 bedroom apartment as I wasn’t expecting that. The staff here were all professional and nice especially the lady who checked me out on my departure (sorry forgot her name). Only downside is due to the location there is no where to temporarily pull up of the front due to how busy charlotte street is as I had to drive around the block a few times before finally finding somewhere. I do think the rooms and hotel could do with a renovation but overall good stay.

Normally stay somewhere else, but the team here made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. Not to mention work got hectic and I had to stay longer. Front office staff so pleasant it was great. From breakfast to dinner they have you covered. Parking was a breeze.
Thanks
Team Sebel

My arrival was before regular check-in times. The staff were very welcoming and pleased to have me there for the first time at this property.
My Accor status was immediately recognised, and on arrival in my room later that day, I received a fine DeBortoli wine and some fine café treats.
The Croft restaurant had a very nice range of choices for dinner, and my steak, with a side of roasted vegetables, was excellent.

Reasonable hotel for the price, however there were some issues with service. I had booked a one bedroom apartment for 3 adults plus an infant and requested a cot. Reception informed me that there was no request for a cot on my booking, despite this showing on my confirmation email. They requested housekeeping to set this up for us, and informed me the sofa bed was already set up. On arrival to the room, the sofa bed was not set up. As housekeeping was outside our room as we were heading out, I requested the cot and sofa be made up and this was done by the time we got back.

The room itself was fine for our purposes however the sofa bed is not particularly comfortable.

The included a la carte breakfast at the onsite restaurant was great, however not so much the coffee. The service at the restaurant left a bit to be desired.

• The Sebel is a lovely venue (when the aircon is working) and I would certainly use it again. The staff were attentive. The food great and the outside serving area gave the participants a welcomed break from being sat indoors for long periods of time.

• The room that we had for the whole group was a little tight for our numbers, especially as we move around a bit for activities. But perhaps next time we can see if the other room is a better size.

• The other good thing was that the rooms were comfortable and quiet. One of our team commented she had the best night’s sleep.

I would like to thank you for your excellent service from my point of view and would be happy to recommend you to others who might require a venue in the future.
