I've been going to Kissable Nails for the past three years, and I can't recommend them enough! Kelly and Rose are absolutely amazing. Their attention to detail and professionalism always make my nails look perfect. The salon is always clean, and the atmosphere is so relaxing. They always try to accommodate anything I want and make an effort to fit into my schedule, which I really appreciate. Whether I want a simple infills, shellac pedicure or something more intricate, they always deliver beyond my expectations. Thank you, Kelly and Rose, for consistently providing excellent service. I'll definitely keep coming back!

Came in to get a full set of acrylics… they cost me $95 despite the price saying $75 and originally getting quoted $75 by my first nail tech. I have been here twice for the same service but this was appalling. The quality of these nails DO NOT justify $95…. I honestly am not even happy with the quality for $75.

I was not told the price prior to tapping my card either and when asked I was given multiple “reasons” as to why this was $95. You can not look at these and say yes definitely worth that much. The shapes don't match either.
When I brought up my concerns with my tech, I was not given the option for a refund. I was also physically pulled away from the desk so they could serve someone else instead of using words to ask me or serving me first… Just yanked my waist aside.

Truly disappointed as i love the owner & atmosphere however, this worker was not welcoming, didn’t offer me colours until i asked and did not communicate any additional costs

kelly is honestly amazing, the attention to detail is out of this world. I have had my nails done for years at multiple places, and she is the first one that really listened to what i wanted and was so precise with every step. Could not recommend her enough. I finally have found my nail lady

I’ve been coming here for two years since I live nearby. The service depends on who does my nails; sometimes they turn out perfect, but other times they’re not great, and they don’t all look the same. Some of the staff seem to rush through the job to move on to the next customer. I’m starting to feel like it might be time to try a new salon.

As a returning, local customer, i was significantly disappointed not only with quality of service but also with communication and overall treatment by staff.

I went in showing a reference photo of french tips with a flower design on one accent nail. The initial quote being $135 which i have not paid previously in the past at this salon. After, discussing price and alternative options i was left choosing a plain colour. It was communicated to staff that these nails were for an occasion, where a pastel yellow dress would be worn. When in discussion with my friend about choosing a deep red colour, the nail tech looked up and judgementally said no. During the appointment my thumb was damaged and began bleeding underneath my natural nail. I did not initially feel this until the nail tech said it will sting when the acrylic is applied. I mentioned to the manager that it was SORE and BLEEDING and she was aware and didn't say anything further. I left with a clear coat unhappy to proceed with any polish. When asked about compensation for my bleeding and DAMAGED nail no response was given and i still had to pay $80.

Overall, a very negative and sad experience for a returning (no longer) customer.

An overall bad experience. The staff were not friendly at all.

I went in for a 10AM appointment and was served quite promptly. I looked at the nail colours and chose one, noting that it said “extra $5” which I was happy to pay. The lady doing my nails said “no, my boss said it’s an extra $20”. I told her I didn’t want to pay an extra $20 so I picked another colour. I asked then how much the service would be after she had shaped and lengthened my nails to which she said $75.

The colour I picked was a pearl white, and when the lady started putting the colour on it was a light pink. I queried whether it was the right colour as it was so different, to which the lady said “of course the colour is going to be very different because your natural nail is showing through”. I told the lady I was unaware of this and chose the colour I wanted because I thought my nails would be that colour. I asked if I could chose a more opaque white colour. The lady sighed and looked very annoyed that she had to change my nail colour. I then chose another WHITE colour and she started putting on the colour that is pictured, with the bottle saying “pearly pink”. I queried this and asked if we could at least do an additional layer so it wasn’t so sheer to which she said “no, it doesn’t matter, I told you your natural nail is coming through so none of the colours are going to be the same”. At this point I just wanted to get it over and done with as I had been at this salon for 1 hour and 20 minutes getting acrylics and was still not done, so I did not argue with her. I was visibly upset and did not talk for the rest of the session. Never once throughout this did anyone ask if I was happy with shape, colour, length etc.

The nails are very poorly done and there are specks and dust on the nail that have just been painted over.

Then when I went to pay, the lady said it would be $85. I queried this as I was told $75 (which I still think is an outrageous price just for a full set). The lady told me it was an extra $10 as my nails are “extra long”. I don’t think my nails are extra long at all, and when the first worker told me $75, she had already cut my nails to length and did not mention anything about an additional fee.

I told the lady at the counter that not once was I informed of an additional charge, and she just held up the eftpos machine at me and prompted me to pay. She did not acknowledge what I had said once.

Overall, extremely poor service and I walked out of there hating my nails and $85 poorer 🙂
