Told today that loyalty stamps are for full paying clients only. Had a 45 minute massage ($79) and paid in full for the 45 minutes. 'No' I was told, 'You must have an hour massage.' I showed my loyalty card which had stamps and these were for previous 45 minute massages. 'New boss rules.' I would have thought $79 dollars would get you a loyalty stamp. The whole idea of a loyalty card is to get customers to return. Go somewhere else that will honour loyalty.
